I truly needed this! The staff was wonderful. I was very nervous going in as I have never done this before. I was also about half an hour late due to I-​90 and its ridiculous construction, traffic, and an accident. But luckily the staff was understanding and waited for me.
I first arrived and was greeted with a smile and was explained what I can expect. Water and snacks were offered. My friend and I had gone and picked out an outfit in their own boutique. Which is amazing and has a variety of things to choose from down to the accessory. I had dark outfits and planned on dark. I ended up purchasing a pink baby doll but had no shoes. They had some shoes that fit and looked amazing.
My face was red due to my own faults. The make up artist did her magic and my make up looked amazing! She also did my hair which came out perfect. I was able to get dressed privately.
When it came to the shoot i was nervous knowing it was a male photographer. But it worked out! He was very courteous, friendly, and most importantly never made me feel judged. He went as far as to show me how i was to pose and face poses. He doing this made it a lot easier to relax, be comfortable and also throw out my own moves or ideas. Which were welcomed.
I enjoyed this so much that I recommend it. If not for someone special but yourself. The end result made me feel as though i was looking at a model. Some pictures i had to even question if it was me. Thank you Belle Boutique for providing your services and making me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Loved the facility and all the options and the set up! Jackie, Alexis, and the photographer were all stellar!!! They all were very nice and made you feel very comfortable! I’ve worked with many photographers in the past on other shoots and never did anything like this before because I knew I would be too uncomfortable however this was such a great experience I am looking for more «reasons» to shoot with Belle Boudoir again! I wouldn’t go with any other company ever based on the service and products I received! Images came out great even with all my insecurities and «pickiness» I’m so glad I chose them and I will be telling EVERYONE about them! And this is the perfect gift!!! Can’t say enough great things about them!

I had an amazing time! My pictures were great! I bought a Groupon and wanted to have them done as a surprise for the hubby. I needed up spending a lot more than just the Groupon price. It’s hard to figure out which doorbell to ring. There aren’t any signs outside. It is located in the Pilsen art district. I am a hairstylist so my boss did my hair and makeup! I got there and picked out one outfit with my credit. My photographer was male and I was nervous at first. All the photos are done in the basement of the loft. I do have to say a lot of the photos were taken at bad angles. I was a photographer before. I had a list of poses that I wanted to try, and the photographer did allow me to try them out. I bought the 10 digital images on the drive for about $ 200 and something. I picked my two free 5×7’s and bought an 8×10 for $ 65. With everything extra I bought I spent a total of $ 500. I was very satisfied with the photos and my husband loved them as well. Great place for budior photos!

So fun! Everyone was incredibly sweet and easy to work with. Felt extremely comfortable! I did the Groupon which pays for the session and 2 prints. Honestly had no idea what I was in for but so many of the pictures turned out awesome so I ended up buying a package of photos, which was reasonably priced for professional photography. You can see photo package pricing on the website. They help you select your best photos and narrow everything down during a private viewing after the shoot. The entire process (getting dressed, make-​up, photos, and viewing took 3.5 hours or so). So happy with how everything turned out. These are great gifts for someone special or for yourself! You will love it. Try it!

I want to start by saying the photographer was awesome! My lack of stars comes from the rest of the visit.
I am not sure if my appt was not on a regular makeup artists day but the person I had didn’t do a very good job and I wish I had done my own. It was very heavy and the lip color did not look nice at all, I actually wiped most off before I even started my photos, my blush was heavy and quite pink which didn’t go well with my complexion since I already have rosasea and quite red cheeks, I tend to go more bronze or deep color blush.
I think when making women feel comfortable while doing this, it should feel cleaner and I felt as if stuff wasn’t super clean.
But my biggest problems were the Photoshopping and the purchases. In past experiences I had chosen pictures and then helped «touch up» but these pictures all had the same washed out finish. I wish the photographer was the one to touch up with my opinion. I love my scars, and my husband loves me the way I am, and I looked like a plastic doll when done. Every picture looked the same instead of using any technique with shading or just leaving me the way I am with a little smoothing.
In my opinion paying for digitals is because of the retouching, not because it actually costs anything to download. I feel there was no real work or effort that went into the retouching and it was quite expensive.
Everyone made me feel comfortable but the finished product didn’t do justice to what I feel and look like and the original images the photographer captured.

Great experience. I felt very pampered and comfortable. My pictures turned out amazing! Definitely worth the investment.

The end result was amazing!!! First, there’s free parking on the street, the building is old but doesn’t matter at all! I brought my own garments because I have a particular style I wanted. Makeup was done wonderfully!!! Then off to take photos with the most amazing photographer! I have had pics done in the past and I have to say this girl is wonderful! She’s great at directing and in the end it was really hard for me to narrow down the pics. Their system works very well and I do plan to buy more pics this week and return in the future. So thrilled!

My friends threw me a bachelorette party here. It was AMAZING. I’m out going and wanted to do photos for myself and my fiancé. But I knew some of my friends were a little more modest. I was worried they wouldn’t feel comfortable. My fears ended up being proven very wrong. The evening started out with wine and appetizers that were provided for us. My girls brought extra food in for us as well. We got to hang out in the loft and relax and chat for a while. We then went upstairs to try on lingerie. Everyone found something they loved and everyone looked amazing. And we had every body type represented in our group. We got our makeup done next. All the while drinking and eating and having a blast. One by one we did photos. The photographer was very nice and made everyone comfortable. She walked us through the poses as we went along. Next we all reviewed pictures together. It was literally the most body positive experience I have ever had in my life. My friends and I all laughing and talking and loving each other’s photos. It was such a wonderful experience. Everyone looked AMAZING in their photos and having friends there with you to look over these beautiful pictures was one of the best experiences of my life. I could not have had a better bachelorette party. I highly recommend having a ladies party here! Word of warning if you do… It’s time consuming so I would keep the group smaller. You need time to try on outfits, do photos, have photos processed, etc. Great experience! Thank you!

Damita and her team were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the start. The studio is very private and never once did I feel uncomfortable. The process was very structured and organized and the photographer did a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible. I have never done anything like this before so I was a little nervous to start, especially since «posing sexy» is not part of my daily ritual, but the team there made me so relaxed and made it such a fun experience. The photos were just amazing too! I started with a groupon and ended up leaving with a lot more. Very worth it!

What can I say about Belle Boudoir except «WOW!!!» I seriously can’t believe how well my photos all turned out! This was my first time doing a boudoir shoot (and probably won’t be my last, especially if my special someone has any say in it!) and Damita and Marco made the entire process so easy, fun and comfortable.
I ended up at Belle Boudoir because of a Groupon I bought around the holidays, and the deal was well worth it! I bought the hour package, which included a $ 40 lingerie credit. I had fun shopping for something to wear and getting made up before the shoot, and the wine helped calm my nerves a ton! Marco was so easy to work with. I was really nervous and self-​conscious at first, as a lot of women probably are their first time taking boudoir photos, but I started having fun and relaxing pretty quickly, especially after seeing how well some of the shots were turning out! My husband and I both love the final product, so I’d definitely go back for more sometime!

I can pretty much echo Jaclyn C.‘s entire review! Everything I experienced was the exact same as Jaclyn, except I couldn’t help myself and bought two lingerie outfits instead of just one from them. What I brought from home just couldn’t even compete with what they had; plus, I like the idea of not having something my husband has seen before.
I do recommend that if you can afford it, pay the $ 40 to have their makeup artist do ALL of your makeup (the Groupon only includes the eyes, I think) and ask for a dramatic look. Remember ladies, these are sexy photos, so sex it up with your makeup too! This is not where you want to go «natural» makeup! (at least, IMO). She was the best makeup artist I’ve ever had, although I’ve only had a handful of experiences, and the full makeup coverage was A.MAZ.ING. Like Beyonce, I was «feeling myself» after that!
Don’t bother bringing shoes, jewelry, or props — they have it all for you to use. Unless you have a piece that has special meaning or is unique, of course.
Finally, do be prepared to spend some money on the photos. I had such a hard time even narrowing the photos down for their 10 digital images package!
In a nutshell, Belle Boudoir FAR EXCEEDED my expectations, and I’ve already recommended them to a recently-​engaged friend. As soon as she saw my pics, she was on the website looking to book!

I was terrified at the thought of doing a boudoir shoot, but Belle made it SO easy and actually a lot of fun!
I got a Groupon for my husbands birthday/​valentines day/​our anniversary. The Groupon says 30 minutes, but the whole process actually takes four hours! But that is because they really give you great, all inclusive service. (and wine)
I brought one outfit to wear, but planned to pick an outfit from their selection because the package I got included two. Though It took me awhile to find the right piece. (I’m not really into bright colors) I did find a GREAT item to wear that was PERFECT. I am still so excited about it. I was able to dress it up even more withe Belle’s selection of fun jewelry they have on loan. That was so fun!
Makeup was great, all I had to do was apply foundation before hand and she took care of the rest. I was able to fix my hair there as well, they provided me space to do so.
I did not know the photographer was male, but it really didnt matter anyway. As someone who is very conservative, I was 100% comfortable. He is very professional and very kind. I had no idea what I was doing, but he told me exactly what to do and made me very comfortable. I didn’t feel silly at all!
Finally, you get your own private viewing party in front of a big screen. Multiple times, I was like «Is that really me?!» because it looked SO great! I didnt feel any pressure to purchase more than I did, though because the pictures were so great, I did, and you will want to as well. They printed the photos and a book out for me on the spot so there was no wait!
Overall, Belle Boudoir has thought of EVERYTHING. They provide you with a comfortable and fun environment to feel and look your best! Cant wait to do another shoot!

Great experience and fabulous product! I used a Groupon to get my fiancé a surprise wedding gift. Like many others I was a little nervous at first, but Damita and Ven (the photographer) we’re fun and friendly and made the whole process enjoyable. The makeup artist did a fabulous job– if my wedding was in Chicago I would have booked her for my wedding day makeup! The photo shoot went by quickly and I was thrilled to be able to see all the images right away. I was impressed by how awesome the photos looked, and I’m certainly not a professional model! I ended up ordering a book made with about 15 images and was able to pick it up about 3 weeks later. The book looks amazing! I told some girlfriends about Belle Boudoir and worked up the nerve to show them the book– they were so impressed that three of them bought Groupons for a photo shoot right then and there! My fiancé was blown away– needless to say the gift was a big hit!

I had a wonderful experience at Belle last weekend. I admit I was a bit nervous going into the whole process. All of the ladies made me feel more comfortable. They guided me to choosing an outfit and pairing it with fun jewelry. And my photographer made me feel the most comfortable. He chit chatted with me a bit before getting into the photo shoot, which eased my shy demeanor. Lastly, the pictures turned out beautifully! Thank you Belle team for a wonderful experience!

I loved my session and had a blast. I got a groupon for my then-​fiancé-​now-​husband for a wedding day gift. He loved it (it was a surprise) and I loved doing it. I felt a bit silly initially since I’m not used to posing in front of men I don’t know in next-​to-​nothing, but I did feel put at ease (although still a bit uncomfortable for the experience itself). Damita was very easy going, friendly and kind. The photographer and assistants were friendly and silly, to lighten the mood.
I never felt oversold or that I was expected to add on more to the groupon purchase, but I did end up buying a pricey package. That is because so many of the photos were so darn good. I was shocked at how great I looked. Similarly I didn’t feel like I had to buy lingerie from their shop, but I ended up doing so because I got caught up in the experience.
That said, I wasn’t thrilled with the make-​up. It was on thick and I felt a little harsh looking with such thick eye make-​up. And that was after I asked for a more natural look. But again, the photos came out looking pretty stellar.
I would definitely go again with a groupon, and I have recommended it to friends.

This is an experience I’ve now checked off my bucket list, thanks to belle boudoir (Damita). I never thought it could be so empowering, so much fun, and such a great experience… Well I was wrong!
First, the selection of lingerie available is great, ranging in size from xs to 3x. So hard for a shopper like me to choose which one I like best, lol.
The makeup session, I call it a pamper session, is great because you get to either come outside your mold and be bold and experimental or just go for drop dead sexy. Either way, you will be flawless before you finish that session.
Now when it comes time for the actual photos, you might start off kinda shy with a little bit of sexy thrown in and kinda reserved, but with the very professional very experienced Ven looking at the lighting,
your makeup, and how the photo will look the absolute best it can. You will quickly be assured that you are in the hands of a true professional, and you can go wherever you want to because he will make you look the best you have ever looked in a photo!
After Ven takes about 400 – 500 photos, you sit down to a flat screen theater style TV, and select which ones you want. Be aware. YOU WILL WANT THEM ALL …
I’ve done this multiple times because I keep thinking of different themes, and it’s fun, fun, fun.
Definitely do this if you are in a bachlorette party, or even for a fun girls night out, or if you’ve ever want to do some boudoir photos but we’re too shy… THIS is the right place!

I purchased a groupon for a boudoir photo shoot at Belle Boudoir. My experience there was so amazing and fun. I have never done a boudoir photo shoot before, but if you want to go for your first, last or every time, I recommend Belle Boudoir!
My groupon was $ 59 for a 30 minute photo shoot. Damita gives you extra time than your groupon says. So, instead of it being a 30 minute shoot, it was more like 3 hours.
When I first made my appointment, I had to cancel suddenly the day of the shoot, but Damita was so understanding that she let me reschedule with no issues about it. The day of the actual shoot, she greeted my boyfriend and I and asked if he even wanted to stay for the photo shoot. I thought that was very nice considering how nervous I was. She had a variety of lingerie that was completely gorgeous, but also had all sizes, from small to 2 or 3X large.
She made me feel very comfortable and even offered me a glass of wine to help with my nerves. The makeup artist did an excellent job on my makeup. And the photographer she had (even though he was a male) did a superb job on making me feel relaxed and told me to have fun (which I did). And they even let me pick out the music that I like to help me get comfortable.
After the photo shoot was done, I got to review which pictures I liked the most and had such a hard time narrowing them down to 25 photos. I loved almost all the ones he took. After I narrowed them down, she let my boyfriend help pick out the 2 of his favorites that he liked. Now, I did this photo shoot for my boyfriend, but I loved how Damita let him participate in almost all of it.
Everybody at Belle Boudoir was very professional, fun, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Belle Boudoir.

I first need to start out with stating I can not believe I felt as comfortable as I did in from of the camera! I’m getting married and my fiancé always wants me to wear lingerie, however my low self-​esteem and self conscious always kicks in and I feel uncomfortable. I thought it’d be a nice gift to let it all hang out!
I purchased a Groupon for the 60 minute boudoir photo shoot and it was better than I expected. I arrived to laid back, casual atmosphere, picked out a cute outfit, got my makeup done by a certified MAC professional makeup artist that made me look better than I ever have, then got right down to shooting. I truly did feel like a Supermodel. I couldn’t believe how she covered all imperfections and contoured all the right areas to hit the light. I’ve been having makeup trials done for my wedding day and she did it by far better than anyone has. Suzanne was amazing. Little to no editing needs to be done to the photos because of the quality job of the makeup and the amazing skills of the photographer.
Ven was truly a professional. The photos he produces are a work of art. He visualizes lighting and the way it hits the female body, making you look flawless — at least he did for me; and let me tell you that says a lot from me! I decided to have a book made for my fiancé because all the photos were just too good to pass up. In one hour, Ven took about 450 photos of me and I stayed for an hour trying to limit them down to 25. I was so pleased with all the photos, before editing took place, that I can not wait to see what they’ll look like when editing is complete for the book.
They have a consent form allowing you to approve your photos for marketing materials however if you choose to forgo, there is a box to mark for approval only or not at all. I chose approval only but after seeing the photos I wouldn’t mind the whole world seeing them! So classy with a sexy twist!
I just can’t believe how comfortable this experience was and the talent out of this group of people.
I’m certainly going to plan future bachelorette parties and girls nights!!!

I have been to one of these events and they are so fun and accommodating. They were flexible to my requests for my pictures and the outfit selections are made for all body types, which was so nice. I really had a great time and this is an event that I will do again and want to invite all my girlfriends to get involved too!!! Don’t miss out on this great fun!
