The wife and i purchased two used flashed galaxy 3s from chi-​town techs. Can’t receive or send photos and sometimes calls don’t go through. We understand that there may be some glitches but in our last two attempts (separate days that required special trips out of our way) to have our phones checked by the shop, they were closed when their posted hours stated that they were open. We’ve both left phone messages with regard to this fact and the issues we were having with our phones but neither of our calls were returned.

This place is a major waste of time. I was told two times my phone would be ready on a certain day. Each time, it was not ready. In the end i got tired of the MAJOR lack of service this place provided. I do have to say. he tried his best in the end. Next time dont misinform customers. I was refunded my money plus extra for the time lost and all the inconvenience this caused.

Took my sprint galaxy s4 screen to get fixed and the guy was very nice and helpful, fixed my screen in no time. Pricing was very affordable as well. Need your screen fixed this is the guy!

Took in my red ring xbox360 and my broken Wii that couldn’t read games and both have been repaired and work beautifuly have been running great for 3 months now!!! Service is great too was a quick walk in that lasted less then an hour. Will definitely do buissness here again!!!

This guy is good! I asked around a couple of places and no one could unlock my sprint iphone 5. But this guy unlocked it right away, he got my sprint iphone 5 working with tmobile. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to go out to tmobile to activate your SIM card and come back to the shop so they can finish. Overall he did good, my phone was working well even my data. Will definitely be coming back!
