They claim to be covered by your insurance and then when they find out that you aren’t they never notify you. So you continue to go there and rack up a bill that they then present to you the full amount and that’s when you find out that you were not covered by insurance.
Two or three sessions is not long enough to make a good evaluation of how competent they are so I will not make a comment about that aspect of this facility. We had to stop going there because of the insurance issue.
