Two weeks ago our Home Depot closet collapsed. We called Tim at Chicagoland Custom Closets and he came out a day later and had the proposal back to us within a day of that visit. A week later our beautiful closets were installed. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Reasonable costs and quality closets. Highly recommend!

Tim and his team did an outstanding job at making great use of our closets in our nursery. We are expecting twins and needed to really make the most of the limited space. He came up with an outstanding design and the best part was he was quick in turning around a quote and then also getting the install scheduled. I was so impressed that we were able to go from drawings to install in just two weeks. This put my nesting mind at ease. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Once it was installed I decided I wanted to lower one of the dressers so that I could better reach the changing table and Tim was very agreeable to helping me get that changed so that it worked best for me. Overall extremely satisfied with Tim and team.

We contacted three different closet companies for an estimate on a master closet and a nursery. Tim was the last company to bid the job and I felt he was very knowledgeable after speaking with two other companies. He was easy to work with and knew what would work best for the space. All the companies were pretty in line with pricing, but Tim’s price was the best by just a little. We choose CCC because they had the best original design to start with and Tim seemed to care about his customers. The day of installation, the guys were prompt and finished ahead of schedule. There was one drawer that was damaged that the installer pointed out to me and said he would speak to Tim to get this replaced. I spoke to Tim before the installers left and he had them go to the shop to pick up a new one and it was fixed within a half hour on the same day. Very professional work and the closets look awesome. Communication via email was occasionally slow, but phone messages were always returned promptly. I would use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We recently moved into a new construction duplex and prior to our move in Nicole met me at the property to measure and discuss our options. She went through each room to help me decide what would provide me with the most storage. When we were looking for a new home, storage was always one of the first things I looked for. It was amazing to be able to design my own storage spaces. Within a week of having contacted Nicole, I had an appointment to meet her at the new construction site and had a quote with photos of all closets emailed to me. The quick turn around on her end allowed my closets to be installed prior to my move date which was a huge help. She coordinated with the builder for me and alleviated a lot of stress on my end. I was so impressed when I saw the completed job. I was originally going to go with a closet system at the Container Store. I had my closet systems all picked out and was ready to order but after working with Nicole and seeing the end result I know I made the right choice. These closet systems look so much nicer and give my new home so much organization. I highly recommend Chicago Custom Closets and just set up an appointment to pick out window treatments. I know I’m in good hands.

I can not say enough great things about Tim and his team at Chicago Custom Closets. They recently completed 4 spaces in my condo including three walk ins. I compared CCC to two other national companies when I was making my decision. CCC was by far the best.
First, the consultation and design process is really great and very efficient. Tim looked at the spaces, listened to my ideas, took measurements, and was in and out in 30 minutes (I didn’t have to take time off work), then he emailed me designs a couple days later. The designs were spectacular. Very few revisions were needed, and the couple I did request were easily implemented, and we were on our way.
The crew was in my condo within two weeks installing closets. They installed all 4 closets in under 6 hours (including tearing out the old closet system) and were incredibly courteous, clean and professional in the process. They take great pride in their work.
In comparing Tim and his team to others I considered, their design process is so much easier and elegant, their wait time for installation is much faster (under 2 weeks vs 5 weeks), the time to install is also better (6 hours vs. two days) and their prices are more competitive too. I’ll be back for more closets.

My boyfriend recently surprised me with an upgraded walk-​in closet installed by Chicagoland Custom Closets — and the transformation left me speechless! Their design/​product is as good (if not better) than California Closets and much more affordable. Customer service was top notch; their designer, Nicole, was very detailed oriented and went out of her way to accommodate our schedule and worked very closely with my boyfriend to design the closet to our specifications. Once the design was approved, my boyfriend was in contact with Tim, the owner, who worked with him on project costs and all the logistics of installation. The installation team was prompt, arriving at 8am and completing the job by 2:30pm. They came in a marked truck, were extremely professional, and took extra care to keep the surrounding work area of our home very clean. Chicagoland Custom Closets was committed to getting our business and worked with my boyfriend on the proposal to make it affordable and give him the biggest WOW for his buck. Very impressed by the quality of the material and craftsmanship.

My husband & I were recommended to Chicagoland Custom Closets from friends who were very impressed with their work… We also could not be mere pleased! Tim & his employes are so professional, knowledgeable, punctual & great craftsman! Tim responds to email within a day & is always available via phone. I called to get an estimate. Their phone was bad and the third call went through, finally. I sent them rough plans to get an estimate and work on a finished design. I might as well have flushed them down the toilet. Never heard back. After 2 weeks I went with another company (California Closets). They were prompt and professional. To me Chicagoland’s attitude has to be reflected in their work-​lazy and sloppy. I don’t believe a word of the other reviews.

We hired Chicagoland Custom Closets to build in a desk in a hallway nook in our condo. The experience with Tim and his crew was fantastic. Tim created a beautiful design that fits the space and our needs perfectly. Our installer was extremely careful with our hardwood floors and the walls as he was working in a narrow space. They left our place spotless and the installation was flawless. I’m impressed with the service and quality of materials, the desk looks like it was always there. I recommend CCC for any creative needs in a small space, Tim will come up with a design solution. CCC has very competitive pricing (I received 3 quotes) and an excellent product. They will be doing our closets next!

Tim and team did an amazing job on my husband’s closet. They were in and out in no time and FAR exceeded my expectations. They somehow tripled the storage space in a very awkwardly laid out closet and now it is an organized space with extra room! I will definitely recommend to friends!

I just had CCC install my closets and a bookshelf this week and I am absolutely in love with them! Tim, the owner, was great to work with. He came by for a quick look and measurements and the next day he sent over his designs. I was amazed at how on target his design was with what I had told him I wanted. I had actually gotten a quote from another company, who spent over an hour for my consultation, and the design from Tim blew hers away. There were a couple of minor changes that I wanted to make, and Tim was quick and easy to work with to meet my needs.
Dan, the installer, was fantastic too. He showed up on time, got straight to work, and even finished early. Both he and Tim were great about answering questions, and I never felt like they were talking down to me because I’m a woman (which unfortunately, happens). They are truly professional and I really can’t say enough good things about them!
I posted pictures on FB as soon as they left, and have gotten loads of compliments. They’re almost too pretty that I don’t want to put anything back in my closets!

After getting a groupon for CCC I cot in touch with Tim, the owner, and we scheduled a time for him to come and get some measurements. He came and was very nice and professional, and sent me estimates and mockups the following week. We had a bit of trouble coordinating schedules since they could only come weekdays in the daytime (when I’m at work), but we figured out that he could come at 8am and take care of business while I was at work. In the meantime, he was very nice about extending the Groupon offer way after it expired. He came and set everything up in just a couple of hours and I came home to a beautiful new setup. I was very pleased with the look and quality, and it was exactly like his mockup. Thanks CCC!

Tim at CCC is a great guy who works with you to get the deal done. We appreciated his honesty and his willingness to design the type of closets that would best suit our home.
Little did we know that Tim also offered custom window treatments and not only was Chicagoland Custom Closets the best priced, they were also the fastest! I mean we purchased a new construction property and we were basically living in a fish bowl until they came along. In literally 2 weeks we had Hunter Douglas Window Treatments installed. Everybody else either wanted more money or more money AND time. This was by the far the best priced and quickest service.

I have never been more impressed by a company! Our bedroom closet literally came crashing down in the middle of the night. Doing a little research I came across CCC. The very next morning early I called thinking I was going to leave a message. Surprise, I spoke to Tim. He came right away the same day and took measurements. Within 48 hours I had a design that was fantastic and within my budget. Less than a week later I have my beautiful new closet. The installer, Brian was fantastic as well. He was wonderful to deal with and did a fabulous and quick installation. Before I knew it I had a new closet. I have already given their name to several people.
