History

Established in 2014.

After years of working together in the non-​profit and social service industry, we came to the realization that many well-​intentioned organizations were spending unnecessary time, resources and finances in an attempt to maintain their facilities functioning and cleanliness. As a solution to the varied needs of each these organizations, we launched Core Maintenance Concepts to help organizations plan and develop realistic and practical financial solutions to these issues, all included in one monthly fee.
