History

Established in 2008.

Newgrange was formed to create better buildings and reduce the carbon footprint of new and existing buildings. Named after the worlds first green building «Newgrange» located in County Meath, Ireland, this 5,000 year old structure was designed to utilize natural resources and made built with local materials and a green roof. Newgrange Development was established after decades of construction experience and a passion for sustainable design. We’re here to bring quality, integrity, and sustainability to today’s marketplace.

Sean is a recognized design and construction professional that has integrated his construction upbringing, passion for sustainability, and science and engineering background under one roof at Newgrange Development. Sean heads the day to day operations and is committed to being a leader in the sustainable design and construction industry and a strong advocate of the sustainability movement.
