windows every 6 weeks (I have little ones 2 and 4 who like to put hands on windows)

I recently used them to power wash my 3 story house and wash all windows in out. Im very pleased with quality and reliability and overall customer service is great.. Ive requested an estimate and they called me within few days with reasonable quote. I will use them again in the Fall because I like to have windows cleaned twice a year.

I love Crystal Clear Window Washing Co. I have been using them for 5 years. Each spring I have my windows cleaned. They are professional, on time, quick, friendly and very reasonable. I have also started to use them to clean my air ducts and I have had the same positive experience. This is my very first time writing a review for anyone on Unilocal.They are worth raving about. I am very disappointed with this company. I received a quote for window cleaning on my building, however, when the workers arrived, they told me they could not complete the work because they didn’t have enough space to clean the windows and didn’t have the proper equipment even though someone came out to do the estimate. When this happened I spoke with the manager Daniel and he told me that the windows I wanted cleaned were not in the estimate. I pulled up the emails from Daniel and the estimate. The quotes from Daniel could not have been more clear about which windows would be cleaned and that Crystal Clear Window Washing would do the work. They were not prepared, wasted my afternoon and at the end of the day could not do the job they promised. This is not rocket science. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

I highly recommend Crystal Clear. They came out for an estimate within a few days of my initial call. They quickly followed up via email, asking if I’d like to set an appointment, and they ended up coming out to wash my windows the next morning. They were quick, professional, and did a beautiful job for a very fair price. I would definitely call them again!

Well a few issues here. Customer service is a problem. They can’t remember if or when they called you and if or when the appointments have been confirmed, so it was chaos from the beginning. Daniel the manager seems in over his head and is very off-​putting.
If you are not watching them, they will skip windows and not do them at all. I was going to let it go but then a neighbor used them and said they had the same problem! I called to talk to them about it and they said they would fix both houses. After several days of them promising to come and then not coming, and more than 1 dozen calls and emails interrupting my work day to reschedule, they decided once on-​site that they didn’t want to stand behind their work after all. They said it was «too much work» and that it would «take a whole hour.» It’s too bad considering I paid them in full to do those windows that were never done in the first place.

Called earlier this week to schedule for someone to give me a quote to wash my windows and clean my duct work. The person that I spoke with made my appointment for today at noon. Before hanging up I had to ask the man if he wanted my name and phone number. Should have been a clue there. So, it’s 12:15 and I call Crystal Clear to be told that my appointment is at 3:30. Ah, no one called me. After checking with her Supervisor, the woman that I spoke with said that the person who was supposed to come to my house had trouble getting to their first appointment of the day at 8 am. It’s 12:15 at this time. And, still, no one called me. I then cancelled my appointment and the women who I was speaking with said «have a nice day» and hung up on me. Not even «I apologize».

Wow. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and courteus, and definitely take pride in their work. Extreme attention to detail and take care not to damage anything. I had the exteriors cleaned on my home, which has over 100 individual windows. The job was awesome and done incredibly quickly by one person. Pricing is very reasonable. I’ll be asking them to do the inside windows now!

The guys who came to wash our windows were hard-​working, but they forgot to wash the screens which we had agreed upon (although we weren’t charged for that service). Worse, all the screens were not properly placed after they washed the windows; so after a few days, some of the screens fell off and were bent.
