Aw! I’m so glad I found this lovely lady! I can’t begin to say enough good things. From the moment you contact her, the service begins. You are required to give her a full background in your face, products, lifestyle, including pics. She then sends you a kit filled with products to use on you’re face, until you see her for you first service. It’s so detailed, tailored to you, and then when you come in your face can reap more benefits of the facial etc. I am so impressed with her business, and the amount of time she puts into each client. Bravo! Can’t wait to go back, and I decided to get rid of all my other facial products and use her costume made line! I’m not one to do that, so trust me she’s amazing and super adorable!

What started off as a search on Unilocal for a place to get a facial turned out to be a real gem. I found Daniela here on Unilocal nearly two years ago and have been a faithful customer ever since. It has been really nice getting personalized and customized care for my facial needs. She is extremely knowledgeable about skin care and the plethora of issues you encounter. My skin has been looking its best and I have Daniela to wholeheartedly thank.

I’ve been going to Daniela for the past few years and when I recently saw pictures of my skin BEFORE, I realized just how much my skin’s gotten better and had to share the good news with you all too in hopes you may benefit from her expertise and products as I did.
I used to have oily, congested skin with big undergrounders and small bumpish pimples… now I have glowing, clear skin that feels amazing (soft, supple) and OFTEN gets complimented and only occasional breakouts during periods. I’m living proof of Daniela’s miracle!

I’ve been going to Daniela’s for years, mainly for waxing with the occasional facial here and there. She is quick and efficient, and her method doesn’t make you have to flip on your stomach and random positions I’ve been in other places.
I don’t do facials often, but the nice thing about Daniela’s facials is you don’t leave looking like you just had the chicken pox. She has a lot of knowledge of skin conditions and she’s helped me with a lot of things — even just eczema spots.

I had been struggling for almost 2 years with horrible ingrown hairs in my bikini line. It had never been a problem before, but nothing I found seemed to help. I had tried everything in the book and spent tons of money in the process. After much google searching, I stumbled across a blog and found out about Daniela’s. At first, I thought this was to good to be true, but I thought what is another $ 20 down the drain? I was so desperate to find something that would work. So, after ordering and about a week or so of use, I saw DRAMATIC results. I don’t go a day without this stuff. Everything has essentially cleared up, with no skin discoloration. This serious is magic and I can’t sing her praises enough.
The best $ 20 I have ever spent! So incredibly happy with the results. I swear by this stuff now.

I have been struggling with acne for a long time before I met Daniela. The damage was done (scars, red marks, self-​confidence) and I figured there was no hope. I had been receiving facial after facial using products that were very expensive. Things were getting worse! I randomly found Daniela from a friends FB post. I contact Daniela and did her online survey. I noted the allergies I had along with the products I used.
Within 2 days, Daniela had assessed my problems over the internet to a T. Turns out I was allergic to everything in the facial products I had been using!!! It wasnt getting better bc I was adding insult to injury!!! I tried Daniela’s products she recommended over the last few months and doing everything she said.
Here’s where the story gets really good…
My skin is gorgeous!!! 50% (MAYBE MORE) of the red marks and scars are gone! I get normal acne now (hormonal/​stress/​when I don’t do what Daniela says)! My confidance has been restored. My friends and family compliment my skin vs. look at me with a pained look.
I finally met Daniela for a facial a few weeks ago, YES, I had been doing this all virtually with her… her studio is so welcoming and so is her great big smile!!!
The facial was calming– first time I ever fell a little bit asleep in a facial. She doesnt push you to buy anything, she makes recommendations like she should and you should take her recommendations. :) She has a great customer policy where you can earn %s off of products– refering friends, buying X amount of product/​services, bday month, etc…
I cannot imagine what I would do without Daniela!!! She changed my life! I like looking in the mirror again.

A coworker gave me a gift certificate to Daniela’s 4 years ago and I went for a facial. It was the first facial I’ve ever had that I wasn’t sore after. Are facials supposed to be painful? I thought it was great. Since I don’t splurge much on myself, I try to go back annually. But I do order my toner, facial soap and night time lotion from Daniela regularly. She has little giveaways like free shipping (I’m too lazy to drive from Albany Park to Lincoln Park), free samples and other discounts every now and then that I love. And she also offers smaller size bottles of your favorite items that are perfect for traveling. Off to place my order now…

Daniela is a miracle worker. I highly recommend her facials and skin care products. She knows her stuff and is passionate about skincare. Before seeing Daniela, I went to a pricey salon in Los Angeles for facials. I can say that without a doubt I have had twice the experience at half the price since I started to see Daniela.
I also highly recommend Daniela’s skincare products. I was initially apprehensive and didn’t see much of change in my face, but I stuck with it and started to see great improvements after approximately 3 months. Even if I move away from Chicago, I will continue to buy her skincare products through her website. Daniela doesn’t sell one off products that don’t work; using the products she suggests and getting facials every 6 – 8 weeks is a comprehensive solution to all of your skin problems. I don’t think about skincare at all anymore – problems solved!

I have extremely problematic, sensitive, and over all «angry» skin. Daniela is amazing. I was in desperate need of someone to show me where to even begin with my skin treatment. I found Daniela on Unilocal and decided to give her a try. I gave her a detailed description of my skin through her convenient e-​mail evaluation, and she immediately started to help me understand the needs and means necessary for my difficult skin. She sent me various free samples that started helping from the jump start. When I came in for my first facial I was pleasantly surprised on how knowledgeable and how dedicated she is to her clients. If you’re not sure where to go with damaged, acne prone skin, go to Daniela.

I’ve been a customer of Daniela’s for over a year now. The appointments are always punctual and service was extremely well. I usually get waxing, bc it’s quick, efficient and almost painless. Daniela would discuss any skin problem with me during the appointment if I had any. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful. I remembered few weeks ago I went to her with chapped lips which had been going on for a while, and she suggested her own lip balm. Only in 2 days, my lips were already getting better. (no other lip balm was as effective)
People that got bad reaction from her products probably has very sensitive skin type but I really don’t think Daniela is the one to blame. The ingredients are put on all her products for sale. So, for the sample that doesn’t come with ingredient details, I’d suggest to ask D first, you’re the one to take care of your skin after all.

The samples of Daniela’s cosmetics have no labels with ingredients listed. I tried the eye makeup remover and it caused allergy, not sure even on which component of this stuff.
Update: in response to Daniela’s comment, I didn’t receive the samples over e-​mail correspondence (I don’t think it’s a good idea anyway), but rather after visiting the salon a few months ago (for waxing). We didn’t discuss my skin at all, and I got a small pretty bag with samples on my way out, which I thought was nice. I tried the stuff in a little bottle, labeled «eye makeup remover». I got allergy right away. I know that maybe it’s me and my sensitive skin, and my lack of pre-​caution, but I still believe that with this type of owner-​made cosmetics the samples must not be distributed in marketing purposes, without prior examination and consultation, or at least some sort of a label.

Today my makeup consists only of blush and mascara. 6 months ago, this would not have been possible. I mean, it would have been POSSIBLE, but it would definitely have been ugly. We’re talking about someone who put off going to a dermatologist because that meant I would have to be in public sans makeup.
Daniela initially helped me via email (while I waited on an appointment to open up) and I have now been going to her for regular facials every 6 — 8 weeks. My skin has never looked better and I cannot thank her enough.
Bonus: My husband was having some ingrown facial hair and dryness issues. I told him to email Daniela — he did and her recommendations have helped his troubled skin. No appointment necessary!
Also, I tend to be skeptical of buying products as every esthetician you go to seems to recommend a whole new line. I love Daniela’s samples. They last for about a week and give me time to figure out if they are better than my current régime before I commit mucho dinero.

She gets 5 stars without me even walking into the door! Thats how good she is.
Between my skin care analysis and free product samples she sent me, and prompt responses to my emails, i was so excited to come in for my facial today. She is so knowledgeable, sweet, and professional. She knows her stuff. I left with clean moisturized skin and a whole bunch of products i purchased from her store. She also threw in a few freebies for me! its the small things :)
She gets booked way in advance, but is definitely worth the wait. I am already looking forward to my next facial.

Alrighty. So I only have remarks regarding brazilian waxing. So this place… where to start… its so close to perfection!
Let me start with the service. Great service. Impeccable, and very professional. I feel so welcome everytime I step into this place.
Next, price. Very great pricing at $ 35-​$ 45. I’ve never found a place with such great priced and great service that goes along it. This place is no «I guess you get what you paid for» because you get so much more!
The only con I can think of is you have to make an appointment. It makes sense, along with all of those great qualities, this is bound to be popular with a sea of people who agree. So if you want to experience Daniela’s, you have to call ahead. Like at least 3 days ahead.

I went here recently to get a facial and to get some basic tips on skin care from a professional. My skin had been breaking out a lot more than usual and I felt like I needed to reset my daily routine…
Daniela was fantastic. She recommended some over-​the-​counter products for me to try and my skin has been so great ever since. She created a personalized daily régime for me and my skin type! It was just really nice to go into a salon and have someone give me real advice without trying to sell me $ 200 worth of skin care products. I have since bought some of her own products like her Vitamin C&E lotion and I love them! Her prices are very reasonable for the customer service that you receive and I will definitely be back!

Its been a good year or two since I last had a facial with Daniela but even now I completely credit her with the condition of my skin.
For many years I struggled with breakouts and an uneven skin tone. I had tried everything to clear it up — from over the counter meds to facials to dermatologists. Nothing worked.
But, like magic, after 4 or 5 facials with Daniela and her complete overhaul of my skin care regimen I, to this day, never experience anything more than a blemish once in a blue moon.
I’ve had a number of facials in the last 5 years in an effort to clear up my skin, but the only one who actually reviewed what I was putting on my face, and in my body was Daniela — and hello — that plays a HUGE role in the condition of your skin! I learned that I was going over the top with the spot treatments and harsh cleansers during breakouts and actually making things much worse. (Funny side story — during my 3^rd or 4^th visit she asked me if I had been using one of the spot treatments again because she could see a difference in my skin — in a negative way. I told her no, truly thinking that was the case, but when I got home and looked at the new concealer I had been using for a few weeks, lo and behold it one of those medicated concealers! The woman is good!)
She got me started with some of her free samples of skin care products, which are amazing and completely «sell themselves» just like she said they would. But she also pointed out products that were available in my local drug store that could be substituted. No product pushing here thank heavens!
Bottom line: Daniela knows her stuff better than any skin care expert I have ever been to see and she truly loves what she does. I highly recommend her to people all the time and thought it was about time I put my opinion up on Unilocal too!

Over the years, I’ve had so-​called personalized facials. Those personalized, targeted facials were meant to meet the needs of my skin. After experiencing a facial at Daniela’s, I can safely say that those weren’t personalized facials. Her facial treatments are truly personalized down to the ills of the skin and what can be done to fix it.
Through some stroke of luck, I got an appointment here with her when an opening came available. To whoever cancelled last night, thank you! I got there and started the facial process. Unlike those previous so called facials, Daniela wants to know all about your skincare, allergies, and meds. Her skincare workup reminded me of a doctor’s exam. My answers provided her with a roadmap on how to treat my stressed, not loved enough skin.
Her facial is excellent down the painful, much needed extractions. She talked with me through the process and asked about skincare issues. Daniela also informed me to stay away certain things to improve the care of my skin which were previously unknown to me. I didn’t know that steam rooms were bad for me and could lead to permanently red skin. She also informed me how using too gentle a cleanser had a negative, build up effect on my face. I knew I had sensitive skin, but I was too sensitive with it. I certainly didn’t know this beforehand!
After the facial, she provided samples and skincare regiment to heal my improperly cared for visage. I used her samples this morning and saw a dramatic difference already. I can honestly say that this is best facial that I’ve ever. Nothing compares to care and knowledge that went into getting me ready to be a glowing bride with a well cared for face.
