Dynasty Innovations is a locally owned and operated remodeling firm that has been successfully remodeling Chicago area homes since 1991.
«Dynasty Innovations was founded by two brothers In Chicago, both having an extensive background in construction. One being an Engineer and the other a General contractor and master tradesman. Founded before the height of the housing boom and having many previous years experience in construction we’ve built our company on knowledge, experience and quality.
We know what works and what doesn’t, we know what to prepare for and how to accurately estimate expenses and successfully complete our remodeling projects on time and on budget.
Our company is still operated by the original two brothers, All project managers were trained by both brothers in trades and structural knowledge as well as having hand’s on experience ensuring full knowledge and understanding of all home remodeling projects.

Manager
Marcello is our Lead Project Manager, very knowledgeable in all construction trades. He started out working with his hands in the trade so he knows all aspects of required work. Marcello has been our Lead Project Manager for 4 years.
