Elfenbaum Evers & Amarilio, P.C. is a Union Privilege law firm located in Chicago, Illinois. Our firm’s focus is on helping people, primarily injured workers, with their Illinois Workers’ Compensation claims. For over three decades, tens of thousands of Illinois workers and their families have relied on us to help them recover from the effects of on-the-job accidents, injuries, and diseases.
When fighting for injured workers, our goals are clear and simple:
1. Keep injured workers fully paid while they are off work
2. Get injured workers to the very best hospitals and doctors
3. Get injured workers top-dollar compensation for their injuries.
A workers’ compensation claim can quickly become a nightmare, and you do not have to fight alone.
