The employees here are rude and inconsiderate of others time. I paid 30 dollars to get my surround sound receiver looked at because it was turning off randomly. I was told it would take 3 days the most. It took 1.5 weeks to hear back from them and they wanted to charge me $ 109 dollars to replace the power supply. I told them it wasn’t worth it seeing that I paid 125 for the entire surround sound system. The woman consistently tried to persuade me, which I didn’t understand. I told them I was going to pick it up the next day and they told me to call 30 minutes prior to my arrival so they can make sure it was assembled.
The next day I called 3 hours prior to my arrival and was told that my receiver was ready. The store closes as 4pm on Saturdays and I arrived at 3:50 to find the employees leaving the store. I asked to pick up my item an I was going to buy another power cord for a tv that I had with me. The female employee told me it was 4pm and that they were closed. I showed her my phone with the correct time of 3:50pm. I told her that I wanted to pick up my receiver and get a cord. Another male employee who had initially serviced me 1.5 weeks prior stepped forward and told me that it was not assembled. I asked how could that be when I followed his instructions to call in advance when I was picking up my item.
He told me I can give it to you now but it’s not assembled. I asked him why would I want an unassembled receiver when I gave it to you assembled. His response was, it doesn’t matter since it doesn’t work anyway. I informed him that his business was unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers time and how I would not be doing business with them in the future.
His response appalled me. The employee told me it doesn’t matter if you don’t do business with us in the future, we have plenty of customers. I didn’t respond. I had to wait until the next week to pick up my receiver since they were closed on Sunday. I recommend avoiding this place at cost and go somewhere where you are given quality service

You know that VCR, or that radio that you can’t get to work anymore? This is the place to take it. They can make that electronic stuff that you can’t live without to work again. They have fixed a bunch of my stuff over the years, and the price is right. Take your stuff here and keep this place in business, cause once they close, there won’t be any place to get that old VHS player fixed any the city without mailing out and waiting two months to get it back.
