I ordered a pink bouquet. Unfortunately, Flowers for Dreams sent a bouquet that wasn’t very pink and seemed wilted and sad. However, their customer service quickly corrected the situation and had a nice bouquet sent – this one pink and fresh.
Outstanding service. I’ll be using them again.

Flowers for Dreams provided my wedding flowers, which were absolutely beautiful! Natalie was great to work with and really made my «Pinterest dreams» come true.

Flowers for Dreams provided bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages for my wedding party and parents on 6.11.16. I worked with Grace and she was so wonderful to work with since our first convo! She knew exactly what my vision was for my wedding. The flowers turned out so BEAUTIFUL and so nicely packaged! They even delivered for us early morning which was so great of them. Our wedding day was sooooo HOT, but the flowers survived and looked LIVELY and AMAZING throughout the night. We couldn’t be any more happier. Definitely great quality floral arrangements!

I ordered the «Sun» small flowers and they were beautiful. I was nervous there wasn’t going to be a lot of flowers, but it’s a beautiful bunch! VERY impressed! I also called today to make sure they delivered before 5pm, and they always are done by 5pm– which I thought was great. I’ve ordered from one of the big name flower delivery places and they have missed the people because I usually send to their work place. When I called to check, they were able to look up by name and see that Jessica was doing my delivery, and she was actually at the building currently doing the delivery! Will be ordering again! Flowers For Dreams is awesome — I’m using them for my wedding next week and have been the lucky recipient of several flower deliveries.
Their staff is amazing — warm, knowledgeable, and super responsive. Amanda has been a joy to work with on planning my wedding and I cannot wait to see the flowers for the day of the wedding.
The two arrangements I’ve received from them have been BEAUTIFUL. They’ve lasted several days, and are just so stunning.
I also sent an arrangement and customer service was great: I had the wrong address for the recipient. When they texted her to let her know a delivery was on the way, she called me to tell me she’d moved. I called FFD and within 10 minutes they had redirected the driver.
I’ve now booked FFD for several large events that are coming up. They’re truly my go-​to florist in Chicago!

I absolutely love this company and have always enjoyed the fact that they give back to different local groups! The pictures online are very vibrant and really make you want to purchase! I’ve bought at least three different arrangements from Flowers for Dreams for my boyfriend (long distance relationship, I’m in Dallas, TX.) The prices are extremely affordable for what you get and the free delivery can’t be beat!
I love giving him beautiful flowers, even for random days! Each of the arrangements I purchased were around $ 50 and were absolutely lovely when he sent photos.
However, my main problem is that the flowers never stayed alive for longer than 4 days. I enjoyed this company so much I even bought him two more that had similar results. I’m not sure if it is the type of flowers or that there isn’t any «flower food» included. I want him to be able to enjoy them for at least a week before they die.
I didn’t start this review to complain but only to inform people of my experience. I would easily go back to this company if I had some assurance. Flowers he has sent me have last upwards to two weeks. I don’t know if I am being picky or if this is what should be expected. If I need the «flower food» then please supply it so your beautiful products surviveeee, not only in my heart but my apartment as well.
Anyway still love the company and follow on Instagram. One of the best options I’ve seen in Chicago. But would rather send food if they are going to die so quickly.

For small flower arrangements, I always recommend Flowers For Dreams! They’re affordable, and I love being able to order flowers for same day delivery. It’s easily convenient when ordering flowers as a thank you or a holiday gift. Their customer service is also super helpful and responsive.
I’ve been the recipient of a handful of their bouquets, and I’ve sent quite a few myself. For a flower snob, I might recommend shops like Asrai Garden or Foxglove, but Flowers For Dreams is a solid option if you’re just looking for some nice flowers and reliable delivery! And it’s especially great to know that a portion of proceeds supports a local charity. This is a local business that I’m proud to support!

Flowers for dreams is one word… Amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Not being from Chicago I wasn’t sure where to order from since my girlfriend was in town for a business meeting & I was missing her so I thought a little surprise would be nice.
Flowers for Dreams created the perfect arrangement that stood for what needed to be said (without saying a word) the best part about all of it… Free Delivery! I checked around town of course before ordering & Flowers for Dreams had the best price. Couldn’t beat their prices. I also read that they do lots of charity work which is a outstanding in my book. Will use again.

I was excited about trying this company for a recent flower purchase after perusing their website and seeing their gorgeous bouquets wrapped in burlap. I was even more excited after learning they contribute a dedicated percent of their revenue to local charities each month.
The online order process was quick and easy, but I was nervous after reading some of the negative reviews on Unilocal.I called to make sure my order was in, ask a question about how long the flowers would last before being put in water, and mentioned those same reviews. Ann Marie was very helpful and assured me that those Mother’s Day mishaps were due to the rush of orders and growing pains.
My recipient absolutely loved the arrangement and spontaneously sent me a picture with her thank you email. I was elated to see the lush, fresh bouquet! Ann Marie called today to follow up and make sure that both me and the recipient were satisfied with the order.
I hope my intervention isn’t the reason for the bouquet being perfect, as I would love to use this company again.

3 stars so far. I just placed a super easy order online for my mom! I will update once they arrive on Monday.
Updated review: My mom just received her flowers and they came out just as expected. I had a last minute request as the recipient wasn’t there on Monday, but kale was able to get the delivery date changed without skipping a beat. Very happy so far with the proceeds and service I’m sure I may use you guys again!

I really admired Flowers for Dreams business model and was hoping to make this my new Chicagoland go-​to, but clearly the product does not stand up to the marketing.
Both Mother’s Day arrangements I sent to my mother and grandmother this year were completely dead within 2 days of delivery. I learned that the previous flowers I had ordered for them from this company also died very quickly, but they were too nice to tell me before.
I’m currently in the process of trying to receive a refund for my recent orders, which is no small feat!

Ordered Mother’s day flowers from Flowers For Dreams to be delivered to my mom on Sunday ⁵⁄₈.
They were delivered before 11 am which was actually quite surprising; Awesome!
I was VERY disappointed in what they considered to be a «large bouquet».
I paid $ 75+ for a large bouquet and I was expecting something… LARGE. So what is the small bouquet? 3 flowers and a few greens?
I could’ve easily went to jewel, Costco, etc… and bought $ 30 worth of flowers like I always do and made the exact same size bouquet — only for less than half of the price.
Really wanted to like this place, especially because I send flowers out very often and had horrible experiences with ordering from proflowers, 1800, etc.
All in all, beautiful flowers, great delivery service, just disappointed with the size.

I follow Flowers For Dreams on Instagram, and whenever they pop on my feed I am blown away with their arrangements. They all seem beautiful and have this rustic-​ness about them I love.
Well, I finally got the opportunity to buy a bouquet of flowers, (thank you, Mother’s Day) and I was unfortunately less than impressed with the arrangement they sent. I picked out the small Sky bouquet on their website with the birch planter, and arranged for it to be delivered to the suburbs on Mother’s Day. (I believe delivery is free within certain city zip codes, and $ 10 for other areas including surrounding ‘burbs) Anyways, my mom sent me a pic of the bouquet, and let’s just say it looks nothing like what I thought would be delivered.
The bouquet was sparse, none of the flowers shown in the picture were present in the bouquet that was sent — while they do say on the website that actual flowers may vary, I felt as though they were extremely far off from what was pictured. Additionally, it just looked sloppy, ferns jetting out and flowers flopping, it was not arranged in a pretty way at all.
I love they contribute so much to local charities, a huge selling point for me and why I have always been wanting to use their service, however I was really underwhelmed and rather disappointed by the product. Of course my mother says their beautiful, but I could’ve sent her a handful of dandelions and she’d say the same thing.

AMAZING concept (25% of your purchase goes to a local charity), beautiful flower bouquets, and very reasonable prices.
I have never ordered flowers before and knew the prices would be pretty steep especially for Mother’s Day. I heard about Flowers For Dreams on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I ordered the small Violet bouquet for Sunday, May 8^th delivery to the suburbs of Chicago. It ended up being a little less than $ 50 which isn’t bad at all considering the small bouquet is $ 35 and delivery up to 50 miles outside Chicago is $ 10. They don’t raise their prices for certain holidays and keep their prices at a flat rate, which is unheard of. They offer FREE delivery in Chicago as well! The flowers arrived today at my mom’s home address in the suburbs beautifully.
Only reason why I’m docking a star is because they’re not responsive to e-​mails. When I first ordered the flowers, I couldn’t get to the checkout page due to some error. I e-​mailed them about it like the page said I should. A couple minutes later, the checkout page worked and I was able to purchase the bouquet. However because of this error, the message I typed in to include with the flowers of «Happy Mother’s Day!» somehow got erased. I e-​mailed them again wondering if they could include the message — never got a response to either one of my e-​mails. The confirmation e-​mail of my purchase also stated that I would receive a confirmation e-​mail upon delivery of the flowers, which I never received. I had to constantly ask my little sister if they arrived (and they did shortly around noon). Wish they were a little more responsive to e-​mails but I should’ve called and I realize that Mother’s Day is probably a very hectic day for them.
All in all, very happy with this florist and this will definitely be my go-​to place.

Finding a florist for my wedding was the hardest vendor to find. I only needed personal flowers (1 bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 corsages, and 2 boutonnieres) and it seemed like either florists didn’t want to deal with me because it wasn’t a large order, or that it would still somehow cost $ 600+ and I would have to find a way to pick everything up on our crazy busy wedding morning.
And then I found Flowers for Dreams on Instagram. Their work was beautiful, they donate 25% of their profits to charity, their regular bouquets are very affordable, and it looked like getting our flowers delivered would be possible. I submitted a proposal request and within 48 hours I started working with Grace.
Grace was wonderful. I gave her colors, a budget, and my pinterest board and just hours after I started emailing with her, I had a proposal that fit my budget and vision perfectly. I was so impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail.
On our wedding day, Grace delivered our flowers right on time and I swear, I have never in my life seen more beautiful flowers then what was delivered to me that day. They were even better than I could have imagined. My now husband, who is not at all a flower guy, even commented on how gorgeous they were. Our wedding guests spent a lot of time that day telling me the flowers were beautiful and fit perfectly with our outfits, décor, and colors.
If you are looking for beautiful, affordable flowers for a wedding, an event, or just because, from a wonderful company, I highly suggest looking at Flowers for Dreams. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve taken quite a liking to this floral shop — not only are their bouquets arranged beautifully and wrapped in their unique signature burlap, but they also donate part of their proceeds to a different local charity every month. My boyfriend knows how much I like Flowers for Dreams and has sent me a number of their bouquets, all of which have been lovely.
However, there have been a few cases where the delivery process hasn’t been so smooth (hence the three stars). For our four year anniversary, there was a little mishap with the delivery process and the flowers ended up being left at the wrong address — I didn’t receive a call of any sort, so I had no idea. Once my boyfriend asked about the flowers, I called the shop to let them know of the situation, and they were more than happy to send a new bouquet the next day. However, I was walking home the next day and saw a girl walking up and down the street next to my apartment with a large bouquet in her hand, and had to chase her down in order to ask about the flowers. She said she had been searching for my apartment for a half hour, which made me wonder why she hadn’t called me for directions (my phone number was listed in the order). There was another incident where my boyfriend had sent me a surprise bouquet, and since I wasn’t expecting anything, I ended up stumbling upon the bouquet at the front of my apartment building about 2 – 3 hours after it had been delivered — no one had called me to let me know anything. Since the weather was quite warm at the time, some of the flowers had wilted, which bothered me considering how much these bouquets cost.
All in all, I still like Flowers for Dreams — I just highly suggest that the people delivering these bouquets give the receiver a call or email if they aren’t able to personally deliver the flowers, instead of simply leaving them there.

This floral shop has revolutionized the art of gifting flowers!
I stumbled upon this floral shop through instagram. It was love at first sight as I was drawn by their ability to capture various color profiles as well as their presentation.
I rarely used to gift flowers, as it was largely a hassle. I was usually turned off by gifting flowers due to high delivery charges as well as the disproportionate bouquet size-​to-​cost ratio. Flowers For Dreams has changed this for me. Now, I honestly gift anyone and everyone flowers. Any family or friend who receives these flowers rants and raves to me for DAYS.
Once, a family friend sent me a photograph of the bouquet of flowers she received. While she was in love with the flowers, I was mildly disappointed by the image of the bouquet online compared to the bouquet she received. The Flowers For Dreams team independently reached out to me about that order, asking for feedback on their service and product quality. I just mentioned the flowers did not radiate the colors I had hoped for. The team apologized and offered me a discount on my next order!
I really hope they expand nationwide because I cannot wait to gift flowers to my friends outside the Chicagoland area.

I had a minor issue around Valentines Day where the store appeared to lose track of my order. After reaching out to the company about the issue, the owner personally reached out to me offering his apologies and a new bouquet to fix the order. We received the new, upgraded bouquet today which was absolutely stunning!
The arrangement was beautiful and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Flowers for Dreams is a great florist which also donates to local charities. Its cheaper compared to some local florists, but that doesn’t take away from the quality.
I’ll definitely be back, thanks again for the beautiful spring arrangement and outstanding customer service!

Pathetic arrangement for what I paid.
Ordered a Large «Love» arrangement with red ti leaf vase for Valentine’s day. I ordered a week in advance, not last minute, and scheduled for pickup the day before Valentine’s. When I arrived, they did not have my flowers. A girl went to «go get them» (left the building) and came back with an awful looking «Love» arrangement in a GREEN ti leaf vase. Obviously not my flowers. I know they weren’t my flowers because the «personalized hand written card» was not with the flowers, nor did they even give me one at all. Tried to convince me that green looked better than red (showed me the red leaves which were almost black) but I asked her to change it anyway, which she did. The arrangement itself had more greenery than flowers and looked nothing like the online picture. These flowers are wilted and severely overpriced.
I had to go to Jewel to get a dozen roses to ADD to their «Large» arrangement so it wouldn’t look like total garbage.

Yesterday was my first time using Flowers For Dreams. I wanted to send something thoughtful to my former employer and figured with this frigid weather, why not send some beautiful flowers to brighten up their week.
When I went to check my email to double check everything was set for delivery, I realized there was a TYPO! I was absolutely mortified and embarrassed that I let it slip through the cracks. Right away I notified one of the recipient that there was a delivery coming and to take a picture of the it for me to see once they had received.
To my surprise, the typo was fixed! Someone at Flower For Dreams caught it before it went out! You guys are truly amazing and the flowers were just beautiful!
Best of all, I received a follow up email from a rep today to personally ask me how everything went. Your customer service is really above and beyond, and I can’t wait to use your service in the near future!
