Gwen Hughes – Koenig & Strey

Gwen Hughes helped us find the perfect place in Wicker Park in 2009. She came highly recommended to us as an industry veteran and certainly knew her stuff. However, what really stood out was her patience and persistence as we looked at over 50 places with her personally and another 50 on our own. She was never anything but exceedingly helpful despite our very long, very involved search.
A couple of weeks ago we decided to refinance and, on a whim, I emailed Gwen to see if she had any tips to ensure the appraisal came in where we wanted it to. She immediately offered to come the next day and personally tour the appraiser around our condo and provide him with comps from the area. This really struck us as above-​and-​beyond service. We’d highly recommend Gwen to anyone looking to buy or sell.
