I am so excited! This place is awesome. I had towels monogrammed for my son to go to camp. Fabulous! Towels monogrammed for my boys bathroom. My boys noticed right away and loved them! Hand towels monogrammed for the guest bathroom. They choose the color and the size and the placement. They all turned out so well I may have to have all of my towels monogrammed! Thank you! I think Shelby did the actual work. She is lovely — so nice.

The owner, MaryBeth is such a wonderful person to work with. Polite and listens to what is needed.
The item I purchased, she had committed to a couple days turn around, but then by surprised she called me the next day to tell me it was ready for pickup. She said its not typical (standard turnaround is about a week), but I truly appreciated her team getting this gift ready so quickly.
And the quality of work, beautiful!

I had the pleasure of working with the ladies at Monograms on Webster to create customized handkerchiefs for my father and my father’s fiancé for our upcoming wedding. Not only were Jill and her staff incredibly friendly, but they made me feel like I was getting to hang out with friends and collaborate on these special gifts. They helped me to create exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for! I cannot recommend this store enough.

Love monograms on webster! Each time my girlfriends get married I buy them monogrammed totes with their new last names. Marcy is fabulous and very helpful! She helps me pick out tote color, thread color, and everything happens in a super timely manner. People RAVE about the totes because they have a zipper. Jill is super fun and everyone is always very personable. Very cute stuff, and swing next door to get some cupcakes at Sweet Mandy B’s!

I have been placing monogram orders over the phone and LOVE this place. Maribeth does an amazing job helping us pick the perfect gift. Thanks for the amazing service and convenient ordering. I am shocked this place remains in business. After reading some of the Unilocal reviews I knew that I was not alone when experiencing the wrath of store owner, Jill, making excuses after excuses of why things go wrong in her store. You can even hear her negative tone I. Her replies on Unilocal.She almost scolds you like a child while defending that this is not her full time time job, or someone quit, or she didn’t get the massage, or it looks fine to me, or oops I just felt like ignoring my business hours on the door bc I can. She thinks this is ok, when clearly it’s not. I will never recommend this store to anyone and am actually thinking about putting in a claim to the better business bureau. She is hostile, delusional, and unstable, when all I want is a silly little shirt monogrammed in hot pink. How hard can this be? #horrible

Monograms on Webster was introduced to me 5 years ago before it even had a store front! I was given the most amazing gift basket for my baby girl (now 5!) That is when I fell in love with Monograms on Webster. The quality of product never lets up and the customer service is unbeatable.

Just had an AWESOME experience here. The owner of the shop was incredibly accomodating. Seriously positive experience from a small business owner who knows what she is doing and knows how to treat clients.

I am in love with everything in this store! I come here time and time again for beautifully personalized items. I was lucky enough during my last visit to have the owner assist me and she was beyond helpful and very knowledgable about all the custom products she carries in her store. Thank you!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! I’m now obsessed with my new personalized tray and killer new ornaments for the holidays! I would have bought even more of them but my friends beat me to it!

The ONLY reason I came into this store was that the team at Left Bank recommend I go there to embroider something I bought for my wedding. The items in question? Two small handkerchiefs in the shape of wedding dresses that I wanted embroidered with the date of my upcoming wedding. It was across the street from LB, so why not?
I went to the back of the store, where the girl working the cash register told me she had no idea if they could embroider the handkerchiefs and she had to ask the owner, who was busy selling something to another woman in the store. I don’t mind waiting, no problem, but I stood there for at least ten minutes while the owner chit chatted and gossiped with the woman she was trying to sell.
She finally glanced in my direction and uttered a groan of disgust that GOD FORBID the people at Left Bank had sent her business. She turned aside to the woman she was helping and roller her eyes and said under her breath, «I don’t know why they send them here.» Um, rude. She then argued with me, telling me the pieces were «WAY TOO SMALL» for her to do. I said I would go somewhere else to see if they could and she said, «No way, no one can do this.» Then she ripped one of the plastic bags the hankies were in. It was just a really really bad customer experience.
I will never recommend this store to anyone, ever.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I ordered 4 monogrammed beach bags here and one of them was made with the wrong initials. When I pointed this out to the sales woman not only did she say it was my fault but she said there was nothing she could do and that I would have to purchase another one at full price! That is not the customer service I was expecting. I will not be making any more purchases here. You can find the same things, cheaper and with much better customer service at

Wonderful store! I’ve purchased a minimum of 6 monogrammed baby gifts here in the last six months. All were a huge hit. The owners are extremely accomodating and warm. A little bonus … they also have a little play table if you have your kids along for the ride. My son and daughter ask me if they can go to the baby gift store to play.

Watch out! Men what every do. do not I repeat do not go to this store with your woman! Mainly cause this place is litteally cute and they will try to purchase the entire store! I have to admit I almost burned a hole in my wallet here :) lol!
But seriously it is a very nice store to get children’s clothes specially made with love. The staff is very nice and to my surprise the quality of work is pretty good when it comes to customizing pieces. So Cute and Cozy has access to very nice quality items for babies that most stores do not have access too.
I have to say make sure you are ready to buy when you walk in this store because everything is just so cute you and get caught in the whirl wind of making your little one aka… kid. Be the best looking child in school.

I didn’t purchase anything during my visit because my little one already has every personalized item a baby could possibly need. However, I’ll definitely be stopping back in for future baby gifts.

I have purchased several gifts from them and have been really happy with them. I bought cute outfits for my nieces and a child’s backback which my niece loves. I highly recommend shopping here; unique gifts for a reasonable price. They even ship in cute packaging for $ 10 which makes it even easier to buy a gift.
