So I walked into this H&R Block (66th and Pulaski) I was immediately greeted by the Front desk girl I think her name was yasmeen, anyway I didn’t make an appointment this year because I wasn’t sure what day I was able to stop in.
Right away Anita and a few other people were so happy and jolly to greet me which is great becuase they really gave me that positive vibe as we had small talk.
Once I sat down it didn’t feel at all cold, stiff or awkward if anything it was very warm and welcoming she was so pleasant and took everything I said to heart and was genuinely concerned if I had any questions or comments. The process was perfect didn’t feel at all like my time was wasted. Felt like I was having breakfast with a friend lol.
At the end of the process I asked Anita if she could be my Tax preper for next year and she made an appointment right then and there!
Bottom line: Ask for Anita!!! Make an appointment!!! Super Fresh conversation!!! Very welcoming!!! Genuine!!! Extremely Friendly!!!
