Can I rate negative stars? This company’s manager is not friendly and irresponsible. He hires some women to handle customers over the phone because he doesn’t want to, but since he makes the decisions you still get crummy service. I was waiting for there drivers to show up which they didn’t and found out later that they needed to reschedule. Not worth the cheaper price!!!

This ‘company’ called the same morning to reschedule the 2 hour window of our move. This being a workday that was not easy, and basically I was told that the whole day had been rescheduled and I had to be there in 45 minutes or they could not move my piano at all. I let them know that I did not think this was professional and that this would not reflect well in my review. I rescheduled my day, headed to my friends house to let them in, and once I arrived noticed a voicemail from them saying– «Just find someone else to move your piano, since you were going to write a negative review anyway»!
Really? There are companies like this that can survive in this economy? Now I will have to pay premium to get someone to move it at the last minute. It’s really not worth the risk of having no movers.
