Regina P. Etherton (formerly Regina M. Picone) founded the firm in May 2005, after 23 years of establishing herself as one of the most successful plaintiffs’ attorneys in Illinois. Her work has routinely brought multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements for plaintiffs who have been injured through the fault of others.

Joining her as Of Counsel to the firm is David Wm. Horan, M.D., J.D. Mr. Horan holds both a medical and law degree and is licensed to practice both medicine and law in Illinois and Missouri. Together, Ms. Etherton and Mr. Horan have prosecuted some of the most groundbreaking medical malpractice cases in Illinois history and recovered many multimillion dollar recoveries for their clients.
