Jerry on the Mat

Jerry is an awesome teacher! I just took Level 1 training from her and had such a positive experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and communicates so well. I had no idea what to expect during the class, and found everything she presented so easy to understand.
Am so happy to be able to continue my training with her! Also, I love the yoga classes she teaches at Sat Nam Yoga on Friday nights… yoga combined with Reiki? It doesn’t get better than that!

I have taken yoga classes and learned reiki from Jerry. I can honestly say that through the powerful meditative experiences I have had in Jerry’s classes, that Jerry has changed my life. Every time I go to see her, I come away with an amazing appreciation for my friends and family, as well as for the little things in life. Through yoga and reiki, Jerry has taught me gratitude in a way I never thought possible. Beyond the mat, Jerry recommends books that have had a profound impact on my behavior as well. I appreciate her influence SO much! I highly recommend this person for yoga and reiki.

I’ve taken Jerry’s yoga classes for about four years now — she’s my favorite yoga teacher. She’s a lovely person and extremely knowledgable on healing with gentle exercise. I’ve also had her thai body work — AWESOME. My dad and daughter have also taken her class and enjoyed.
I’m not sold on reiki, but trying to keep an open mind. It’s nothing about what she does, I just don’t know if I believe in energy work. I hear she’s great at it too, though.

I know absolutely nothing about Yoga, Pilates, Reiki (uh, say wha? Is that some sort of a Street Fighter move?!), and so on… so I rely on Jerry.
One of the many things I love about Jerry is that she doesn’t push anything on you. I’m open but really more skeptical about all of this stuff. Jerry knows this but she does her thing and allows me to get want I need out of it. And if anything I always feel more relaxed then when I started. Another thing and probably the most important is that I know that she knows what she is doing, with many many years of doing what she does I never worry about something going wrong. I’ve had a few Yoga teachers put me in some painful positions that didn’t feel good at the time or after. As for the Reiki, I wouldn’t allow anyone else to perform this on me but Jerry. Last but not least Jerry is extremely personable, she has this contagious smile.

Jerry is the most talented reiki practitioner and energy healer I have ever known. Despite the fact that I am a shamanic practitioner and read tarot cards on the regular, I was always a little skeptical when it came to energy healing… that is, I was skeptical until Jerry worked on me. Within minutes, I had not only overcome a stagnant upper respiratory infection, but I also felt happy, grounded and super duper healthy!
