Business Owner

I practice massage therapy and enjoy every second of it. I believe in the positive therapeutic effects of massage and see these changes in my clients and myself.

I geek out on finding out ways to relive muscle tension and pain. I’ve successfully helped clients manage chronic Neck/​Shoulder and Lower Back pain.

I have over 1300+ hours of session time and work at Urban Oasis and Massage Envy. I work as a communications and ethics instructor in a Cortiva School of Massage Therapy and tutors students on Anatomy, Kinesiology and Physiology.

I love working with my clients. I’m very grateful that my work helps my clients relieve tension and pain. I will keep learning, growing and training to better serve my clients.
