History

Established in 1986.

I graduated law school in 1974 from DePaul University School Of Law. I started out working for Chicago Title And Trust Company having started to buy buildings in law school and was interested in the world of real estate. After one year I went to work for a start up firm spinning off from a prominent large Chicago law firm. I was the first real estate associate for the partner and learned a great deal about the business of law.

After leaving that firm, I became head of the business practice area in another growing firm before venturing out in my own practice in 1986.

I became a general practitioner seeing many clients involved in an array of business and personal issues and in solving both legal and personal issues.

I use all of my skills as a counselor as well as an attorney and as a business man in coming to the best resolution possible for the client.

I worked for the Federal Defender Program; the Juvenile Defender Program; the US Attorney’s office; start up law firms from large prestigious firms; to my own firm.
