History

Established in 2012.

Since our founding in January of 2012, we have worked with numerous individuals and companies to protect and enforce their valuable intellectual property and fend off attacks from others. We have filed for numerous patents, trademark registrations, and copyright registrations, and represented parties large and small in many high profile law suits involving intellectual property. We have obtained many millions of dollars in settlements for our clients and successfully defended numerous patent, trademark and copyright suits.

Konrad S.

Manager

Prior to becoming an attorney I worked at a number of technology companies in a variety of roles, ranging from video game programmer to the Director of Engineering for a mid-​sized technology company. I have a real passion for technology, and that passion is reflected in my law practice. I believe in providing clients with the best, most efficient, representation possible, and I focus on constantly improving the processes that I and my firm use in performing our work to better serve our clients.

I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeal Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District for the Central District of Illinois, the Supreme Court of Illinois, and the United States Patent & Trademark Office as a Patent Attorney.
