LG Construction + Development

My husband and I selected LG for a substantial rennovation project involving four bathrooms in our seven year old spec home. The project’s scope expanded when mold was discovered mid stream requiring LG to tear down and reconstruct an exterior wall and chimney. The project went smoothly from start to finish though and Brian Goldberg identified a number of additional issues, unrelated to the bathroom construction, that we needed to address (electrical problems, caulking and sealing, deck construction) that would not have been apparent to us until more serious problems had developed. Brian was always available for questions and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend LG.

I’m not sure how many of LG’s clients will be using Unilocal to consider buying a property from them, but I wanted to share our experience working with them.
I can’t say enough great things about working with the whole team. Marc, Brian, Barry, Matt and Amy were all absolutely fantastic to work with. We bought our unit pre-​construction and were able to work with the developers to completely customize our new home. Their «standard» finishes are as high-​end as they come, but we were able to tweak the original designs and really make it our own.
Everyone who has stepped into our home has been blown away by the attention to detail, the finishes, the smart use of space, and overall ambiance of the unit and the overall project.
If you are lucky enough to be able to be shopping in their price range, you will not be disappointed. Even the high-​end real estate brokers who have seen the place are blown away.
