Limotainment

I recently used Limotainment for transportation for my bridal party for my January 2016 wedding. I worked with Mike to book this trip and he was great to work with the entire time, very professional and responsive. We booked the E540 Limo Bus. We had 10 people in there plus some bags/​flowers for the day of the wedding. I don’t think you could have fit anymore than 10 people in here but for us, it worked out really well. The limo bus comes with some water, beer, champagne and cups which was perfect for driving around and taking photos. The driver told us we could make as many stops as we wanted and he was very helpful. You have the option to hook your own music up. I thought the prices were very fair as well. Overall, had a great experience using Limotainment and would highly recommend them for your day of wedding transportation!

I rented the 40 person black bus for a holiday bar crawl last week and limotainment performed beyond my expectations! Our driver, priest, was AMAZING. He was hilarious and very accommodating. We asked him to take us to some places where we could take group pictures with a pretty view of the skyline and he did just that. He knew where the best stops were to accommodate a large group to use the bathrooms and was always quick to deliver any requests. The party bus arrived early and drove us around until the very last minute we had them rented until. I have nothing but good things to say and I’ll continue to use this company in the future! First time using Limotainment and will use again. Rented a party bus for our wedding to take pictures around the city before the reception. From the beginning Mike was very quick to reply and extremely helpful. He made booking efficient and easy. He made sure everything was arrange beforehand so things would go smooth on the day of without any extra effort from our end.
The day before the wedding there was a problem with the bus, Ford mechanics screwed up, it was no fault of Mike and completely unpredictable and unavoidable. Mike did everything he had to to make sure we had the bus we wanted and that everything went smooth. He had to arrange for a different company to take our contract. He kept communicating throughout the problem and made sure I knew everything would be handled and there would be no problems. Honestly, if he didn’t have such great communication I would have never know that there was an issue. Although there was this minor hiccup he arranged everything, there was not a single thing I had to do. If one can handle everything perfectly when there is a problem, without inconveniencing the client at all, the rest is a piece of cake. He is very dedicated to his clients.
The bus and everything was PERFECT, we had a great time. I fully recommend Limotainment and will use again and refer friends.

We got married in July. Not the beginning of July, the middle of July. In Chicago. We knew it was going to be hot and we knew that the weather could be temperamental. However, it was the only time of the year that my family could make it to the wedding. After chatting with Mike at Limotainment, we explained that our main concern was air conditioning working. He had me over and showed me all the options that were available and had the AC blasting. We decided to sign with them.
Come the day of the wedding, the AC in our bus broke. Well it didn’t completely break, but the driver didn’t know how to keep it on so it would cut in and out the majority of the ride. It was blisteringly hot & humid. With everyone in suits or dresses, it was super uncomfortable and bordered on unbearable.
The other bad thing is that when it rained, the bus started to leak from the roof and onto our guests. I know we went with an «older» model (2010) since we didn’t want the stripper pole, but seriously. We’re 30 years old. I don’t need a stripper pole on my wedding bus.
When asked about a backup plan like if the bus broke or the driver was sick, the response from Mike was «it’s never happened before and I’ll drive you myself if I have to.» Not the most reliable plan.
I will say that Earnest, our driver was really nice about it. He tried to fix everything and understood that it was important to us. He eventually got the air working, but we were 5 minutes from our destination. He did get us everywhere safely and took decent routes. He was also sweet to chat with. Mike was also super responsive. He was always quick to answer questions and it was great that he let us see the buses ahead of time.
Bottom line, though, if we were asked to recommend Limotainment the answer would be no. Our biggest concern was the air conditioning and they failed. There are other companies with similar prices and more reliability.

So fun! I’ve used LimoTainment a few times, it was perfect for a bachelorette party and an outting to the race track. Mike is awesome to work with, the driver was great and the limo was cleaned and stocked with drinks. Definitely recommend and will use again!

This is my second review of Limotainment. I have now been on all the busses, as the people I took with me on my first ride have all booked it and used it for seperate occasions. My most recent outing took me and a bunch of friends out for an adventure.
Of all the trolly and limobusses I have been on in the city, Mike and Limotainment are easily the best. Regardless of which bus you go on, they will be clean, and comfortable. He definitely spent some time upgrading the music system and touch screen interface to make it even easier to control, and let me tell you, loud! I have been on with 3 different drivers now and, while Priest is definitely the best, all of them are professional and genuinely seem to care about creating a positive and safe environment for the guests.
Mike also makes it as easy as possible to work with him and makes the entire experience easy and stress free. If and when I find myself needing a limobus service, I know there is only one place I am turning to.

Really enjoyed myself. Went with a small group of seven people but, it could affect like 30. Would definitely call them again only thing is is that they didn’t have the proper equipment to hook up phones for the radio. Luckily my friend who’s really into like radio things figured it all out. The bus driver was nice. Would highly recommend going with the bigger group just because the bus is so big that it Felt kind of empty. Very clean.

We used Limotainment to shuttle our bridal party around on our wedding day this past Saturday. Everything went great. Used the large white limo bus from the pictures and it comfortably fit 21 people (including our photographers). Went from downtown to Lincoln Park, then stopped at a few locations for pictures on the way back downtown. We had a great time on the bus and Mike was helpful with any questions we had prior to the day of the wedding. Posting the thank you note I sent to them to save some time typing up a long review.
Just wanted to say thank you to you, Limotainment, and our driver Ricardo for a great day on Saturday.
The bus was awesome. Super spacious and comfortable for our whole wedding party throughout the day.
Ricardo was amazing — he showed up early, got us to all of our locations right on schedule, stayed close so we could hop on and off as needed, and would check in to make sure we were alright as the day went on. We got to hit all of our photo locations and he was so good that we ended up arriving early to our final spot and had a chance to relax (and warm up) for a few minutes on the bus.
We would certainly recommend you guys for any event requiring transportation. The typical craziness of photos before the reception ran smoother than I could have imagined.

From start to finish this was a fun and simple process. The bus is huge, the speakers are loud, and Mike stocks the bus with beer and champagne. A great time.

I’ve taken Limotainment on a few occasions now. The first was a concert with friends at Allstate Arena. We were only able to rent out half of one of the luxury party buses. Mike (the owner) helped us out — and we combined with another small group that was going to the same concert. It was an amazing time. Everything went smoothly, even with two groups.
The next time we went to a concert in the suburbs somewhere. This time we had a large enough group — and I organized. I spoke with Mike directly and again it was a great experience from beginning to end.
Most recently, I recommended Limotainment to a buddy who was having a bachelor party in the city. They needed a party bus to organize transportation for 20 people from 2pm till 10pm. The best man took care of the details… but once again — no matter who was doing the organizing, the same experience with this company has always been the same.
I recently moved to San Francisco — but I’ll be back for a few bachelor parties and weddings in Chicago this summer. I’m not sure if we’ll need a limobus — but if we do, it’ll definitely be Limotainment.

Limotainment is run professionally. I suggest it to anyone looking for a party bus or trolley. I have been on all 3 party buses, for bachelor parties, birthday parties, and wedding parties. The buses are always clean, and the driver is always courteous. It’s a great way to see Chicago, and I plan on using Mike and his company again.

Mike reached out to me right away and earnestly asked to rectify the experience we had this past weekend.
Not only did he refund part of the money but he also offered a weekday complimentary ride.
It’s obvious he cares about his business and I can appreciate the effort he made.
I still recommend getting things down in writing.
Overall, a decent experience.

Major disappointment.
We ordered this bus for our wedding party as we planned to take pictures around the city. We allotted 4 hours for the trip just in case of traffic and we planned to get in 3 picture stops with our bridal party. We planned to take pictures at the board of trade, lincoln park and north avenue beach…
We booked limotainment 6 – 7 months in advance and they seemed amazing when talking with them. They promised us their largest air conditioned party bus because we had 26 in our wedding party and reassured us it would be well stocked with champagne and beer for everyone to enjoy during the pictures and 3 – 4 hours traveling on the bus.
However, on the day of our wedding, the dilapidated bus pulled up and we all got in and quickly realized The air conditioning was barely working. Needless to say, we were all sweating the entire time. Gross! Also, the bus was skimpily stocked with 2 bottles of champagne and 1.5 cases of beer which was gone in about 30 mins with 26 ppl having one drink and some were lucky enough to get two.
To make matters worse, the driver drove us down to the board of trade to take pictures. After the board of trade pics, the driver refused to take lake shore drive to get to north ave beach or lincoln park, and instead he drove all the way south to columbus (out of the way) and then went all the way back through the city because he wanted to take clark street to lincoln park?!? Needless to say it took 2 hours to get from the board of trade to Lincoln park and by the time pictures were over at lincoln park, 3.5 hours had gone by, people were sweaty (and thirsty) and we needed to be back for our wedding so we decided we could not get the third stop in (bc he would not use lake shore drive) and it would be cutting it to close to when we needed to be back.
We truly only needed 2 –2.5 hours for these pictures and we purposely cushioned our time and booked 4 hours, AND we still didnt even get in our three stops around the city.
Luckily our wedding still ended up being amazing, however if we could do it all over again we would NOT use limotainment, as they did not pan out as planned. Major disappointment.

All I have to say to really get my point across is WOW!
These guys were great from the very beginning to the very end! Mike was super great to book the event with, he’s funny, and very professional… he is there for anything you might need!
Communication is quick and easy, prices are great, and their flexibility and services were fabulous!
We got the big black bus for a Company Anniversary Event that took us out to a Pizza place, to downtown, and back to our hotel. The driver, Priest, was super friendly and was everywhere we needed him to be!
The bus is SPECTACULAR! Super clean, fancy, fun, and was equipped with everything we needed!
I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any event you might be planning!!!
If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

Limotainment provided transportation for our wedding this evening. What a great bus! The 35 person limo bus was perfect for our group. The driver, Priest was great and stayed on schedule. Reasonably prices too. Would recommend this company with no reservations.

Mike and the entire crew at Limotainment are a pleasure to work with. We used them for our September 1 wedding, mostly because of all of the stellar Unilocal!reviews. We were looking for a bus company that was affordable, reliable, clean and lacked stripper poles. I wouldn’t think that was too much to ask, but in our search, that turned out to be a fairly tall order.
However, from start to finish, Limotainment didn’t disappoint. Mike was quick to reach out to schedule our event and efficient with checking in leading up to the day. The bus arrived early, nice and cool (it was a HOT day) and was completely stocked with everything we would need. In addition, the sound system was bumping and the bus was very clean and comfortable. Our wedding party had a blast! Our driver took us exactly where we needed to go and when he did get stuck circling the block, we never waited long. I would definitely use Mike and Limotainment again for an event and would highly recommend them for a wedding. They’re very professional and affordable!

We had a rowdy group and they let us party hard — the only rule was no smoking inside the bus, which everyone appreciated. There was an excellent video/​music playlist that kept the energy high.
