Saul did paver ribbons on either side of a single wide driveway to expand parking to two cars in summer of 2014 and at the time I felt his price and work were great. By February of 2015 the pavers have started to shift and sink. I have tried to get Saul to come back out several times and discuss fixing the issue. I tried to send pictures, yet he claims the problems were part of the original pavers (which he did as well). I have asked numerous times for him to come out personally to discuss and he refuses. When I spoke to him to try to convince him to come out, he complained that I told him I was going to lodge a complaint if he was not going to come out — he told he to «do what you are going to do» and hung up on me and will not respond any longer. I am disappointed with Saul standing behind his work and lack of response.

Saul and his guys do great work — in our case really quickly. He was the Amazon of concrete. Actually, they are busy and it usually takes several weeks to schedule a job.
When I called him last Thursday and described the job he came over took a look and called back on Friday to say he could do the job on Saturday if the cement company could deliver. They did and by 3:00 PM on Saturday our new walkway was poured and the old stuff and the forms were gone.
These are the easiest trades guys I have ever worked with!
BTW –the cost was reasonable and considerably less than another quote we had for the same job several years ago.

I spoke to someone to set up an appointment for a quote and had not heard from them. But they eventually came through. Work being completed immediately and great pricing

I made an appointment for an estimate on Wednesday morning. Saul texted Wednesday morning to reschedule for Thursday morning due to a worker not showing up. Saul texted Wednesday evening to confirm the appointment. Thursday morning I get a text telling me an estimate and that he could start work Monday. How do you give a full estimate without seeing the site and miss two scheduled appointments?

We can’t tell you how pleased we were with the work done on our driveway and patio. The work, cleanup, price exceeded our expectations. All the men on the job from Saul and his workers couldn’t do enough for us in explaining everything they planned on doing and making sure the job was done perfectly.
