I’ve been here a handful of times for service over the last few years. I had front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced today with no appointment and at a reasonable price. I had gone to my dealer about a year ago for some recall work and they told me that i needed front brake pads and rotors. I brought the car to Olympia and told Billy who does the customer interaction that I needed brakes. After they inspected the car, he told me I still had life left on the pads.
The price for the front and rear axle work was about the same as the dealer quoted me for just the front brakes and in addition I received a 10% Unilocal check-​in discount available for brake work.
There are many auto repair places closer to me but for trustworthy, quality work at a good price I come to Olympia.

about 9 months ago i bought a car from here. i was cautious at first because of their location, and the fact that there are alot of bad places out there. after talking to them, i learned that they were also a repair shop, and that they have their mechanics look at cars thoroughly before they are sold. i got a used car from them that day, with low mileage. I no longer have the car, and had to buy a new one. thats right, only 9 months later. The brakes, lights, battery, altrinator, tires, and transmission all blew out in that time. i then did what i should have done, and went to CARMAX. Beware of this place, they loooove to sell you the lemons. also, everytime there was something wrong with the car, i brought it there for repairs. amazing how they could never tell that the car had so many problems. it is almost like they wanted me to keep coming back for repairs… curious.
