Wonderful Owners! I always try to go to small business in the community for as many things as I can. My wife and I went to their store and were so pleased with everything! They have a huge showroom so you can see and feel everything and they take the time to «teach you» about all the different carpet types because they have been doing this for almost 50 years!
They have an entire back wall of books of carpet in addition to all the ones in the warehouse. I didn’t know it but they also pickup and clean and repair carpets! I have a rug at home that I love… but so did our puppy! That will be next! I could not of had a nicer experience and found that they offer high end too. Prada likes them enough to carpet their stores — it’s no wonder I had such a good experience.

Top notch old school professionals. I’m an architect and recommended them to a client. Absolutely gorgeous wool installation. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I want to like this place, it was recommended by a coworker. She said, call him, tell him I sent you.
So I did. His secretary took down my details, I felt excited. Then… nothing.
So I go on the website, I submit another enquiry online. Then… nothing.
Basically — I won’t be getting my carpet here. Because they won’t call me back.
If I get a call back I may amend my review. But I’m not holding my breath.

Boy was this right move by me.
Mrs. Klujian was sympathetic to my stress and very helpful by taking time to explain and advise me on the proper steps required in the world of carpets to remedy the situation. She explained about the carpet pad, how long it takes for mold to become a concern and what she recommended to keep my condo safe and healthy for years to come. Mrs. Klujian also provided various price options so I could choose financially what would work best for my budget. And what a great lady to talk to as well! Seriously, I felt like she was advising a member of her family as she was candid yet kind and funny– all of which was very comforting. As Chicagoans know — my condo was not the only pipe bursting at this time, but even during this very hectic time, Mrs. Klujian made sure to get her employees out that day to evaluate and returned each continuous day until the job was finished. The communication between her «boys» working in my condo and herself was excellent. She kept me posted on the progress and offered advise along the way. My job was finished in a few days and my tenant and I are more than satisfied with the speedy-​attentive service and excellent carpet cleaning.
