I love this place so much, I have gotten the whole family involved! I started personal training with Jenny Zea and took her class, Drenched, that takes place Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. When I brought my sister-in-law she not only loved the class, but loved the intimate and comfortable setting. We ended up gathering more family members for some end of summer group training sessions. We had so much fun working out together and Jenny was a pro at handling our varying degrees of fitness(we were so bummed when most of our group headed back to college!) When my sister-in-law’s husband ended up needing some professional help with an injury, he turned to Michelle Amore. He has not stopped raving about how amazing he feels since he started with her and how knowledgeable she is. He attributes his«re-dedication» to health and wellness to working with her. The trainers are top-notch, the facility is well equipped and offers a great atmosphere to work out in. Aside from the main workout area, there are a few private rooms with massage tables, several very nice showers/changing rooms, and lockers.

This place is so awesome. Michelle Amore used to be my trainer there. I no longer live in Chicago or I would be using her. She is amazing and very positive. She really inspires to you develop healthy, long-term habits. She, herself, is constantly working to improve professionally and regularly educates herself on better techniques. Her workouts can be very tough but she never beat your body into a painful state. Also she has a great sense of humor so when you look forward to a healthy, happy workout when you arrive at PHP. She is MAT certified. I have recommended her to many friends and never got negative feedback. They all thought she was top notch! Miss her.

Johnny is one of the best trainer, for me the best, in Chicago.. I have been training with him for about 5 years. Just let me say, I used to be in pain 90% of the time and now that problem is gone. Using MAT and resistance exercise we have improved my posture, agility and strength. Johnny designs each session so as to challenge me and together we resist the aging process. More than one person has complimented me on my tone and appearance. Johnny was recommended to me by a chiropracter whom I no longer see, but I will never give up Johnny.

He strives for excellence and contiues to educate himself with new techniques to improve his clients progress. This new location is less than a year old and an amazing space. Johnny and Michelle(co-owners) have an incredible staff that also supports their vision. Don’t pass this one up!

I’ve been training with Michelle Amore for a short while at the beautiful Precision Human Performance facility. If you’re reading this, and you’ve experienced trainers who are disengaged rep counters and unconcerned about your progress, I promise you that you will NOT have that same experience with Michelle. Also, if you’ve previously trained in crowded, noisy, sweaty gyms, you will be quite pleased with the PHP serene, professional environment. I’ve had bad experiences with other alleged fitness experts, and after having a series of back problems, I finally took a good friend’s suggestion to call Michelle for MAT. Michelle impressed me initially because she is serious about her craft, and legitimately cares about her clients’ well-being. She doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to training, rather she tailor-makes a program that works for each individual client. Additionally, Michelle is professional and meticulous about timeliness and communication. I have seen marked results in my back and overall fitness levels. I will continue to be a faithful client and refer her to everyone I know.

Precision Human Performance is a new gym located in the west loop. The trainers at the trainers only gym specialize in techniques, such as MAT and RTS. These are the latest techniques in the fitness world to drastically improve body functionality and performance. If you are a professional athlete or just an average Joe like me who wants to improve your life and longevity through fitness, this is a phenomenal group of professional trainers to guide you on the path that is best for you. . You will find that there is rarely more than 2 or 3 people in the gym working out at a time, giving you and your trainer access to all the equipment which is brand new and top of the line. If you have been looking for a trainer to guide you in a fitness program i can’t recommend Precision Human Performance highly enough! Bill
