I am a broker at @properties selilng real estate. I have referred Auggie and his crew to countless clients, and they always deliver. I have also personally used Quality Connections for my house in Bucktown. I gave them a budget, and said put in what you recommend. Rarely do I give contractors this much leeway but I put my faith in them, and they came through. Could not have asked for a better company.
No job too big or too small, they are always my go to contractors when it comes to anything home A/​V. They are honest, and are not just trying to up-​sell you like so many other companies. I will continue to refer them to clients for years to come.

August and his team planned and installed whole-​house wiring for my rehabbed home. This is the sort of thing you want to get right the first time — so you don’t have to open up walls after they’ve been dry walled and painted. They were knowledgeable and spent the time discussing my needs so that everything was where it should be.

We hired Augie and his team to install a complete A/​V system in a new construction house. They were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. They took the time to work with us to adjust everything to our specifications, worked with us to answer questions and resolve issues, and were incredibly responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Cannot say enough about QC, Auggie and his team. They did a lights out job with a clean install, everything is working great.

Augie, Mike and Rob have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. These guys truly care about their work. I’ve asked them to come tweak many things b/​c I am a complicated guy and they have been incredibly patient and responsive.
I was also really happy with their cost. I built a new home with a theater and speakers in basically every room possible. They came in 40% less than their competitor but still used very nice equipment.

Can’t say enough good things.
August was extremely helpful in deciding on the best cost/​quality products to go with for home theatre options and surround sound throughout the house. Extremely knowledgable on all product lines as I did some pretty extensive research myself. Could have saved myself a great deal of time trusting him from the start.
Let the guys in at 7:30 before leaving for work to install home theatre and entire house surround sound… no reservations about leaving the guys at my place alone.
Having issues with my Comcast box, August went to the Comcast pickup location and picked up a new box for me!
Gave me updates throughout the day; making sure all my apps from the receiver were programmed correctly.
Stuck around until 6:00PM when I got home from work to show me how to use all the technology.
When wanting to add new apps to my remote August was quick to respond through e-​mail.
Best service I have received from any service sector dealt with.
Usually not wanting to spend the time to review services. This one I could not let go.
Used August about a year ago and all the issues you hear about home theatre systems with programming going haywire never have occurred. Worth every penny in the headaches avoided if I had done the job myself.
