Someone vandalized our condo building’s intercom a few weeks ago. Turned out to be a more difficult fix than anticipated. All fixed now. They were able to re-​wire without having to replace. Life saver.

Gal is amazing… he patiently worked through my unique issue and resolved my unnecessarily complex situation. In the end, he met my needs regarding my intercom and front gate situation and I learned a lot along the way. I now have a better solution than other companies even offered and with a price tag in the hundreds instead of thousands (which is what other companies were estimating). I was having trouble turning the key in my back door. Quick Key came out pretty quickly to check it out. The locksmith (I can’t remember his name) said the problem was the door. Then he said the visit was free since he wasn’t able to help. How nice is that? And in the end, it did indeed end up being a problem with the door itself and how it was hanging.

SUUUUCH a good company. Amazing owner. I can’t believe what happened today. Get this, the company comes over to help me get into a camera system. I was more than ready to spend several thousand dollars today to get this system. However, based on my situation and need — it didn’t make sense for me to get the system I was wanting. Quick Key literally TOLD ME THIS! The guy was HONEST. he talked me out of buying from them. How rare is that??! Then, he took nearly 30 minutes explaining how to get a competitors alarm system that would better suit me. 30 minutes!!! He even explained how to install it. What? And, he KNEW spending this time with me would not profit him a penny. It’s the year 2016 and it’s good to know that good people still walk the earth. A good soul to be sure. Do you realize how rare and amazing that is? It is revealing. It demonstrates a person who is my «advocate» and who wants what is best «for me.» THIS is the best kind of business to deal with. Our association was looking for a great company to help us repair an old entry buzzer system. After calling QKL, Gal gave us an awesome, tangible estimate given the details and pictures we could provide.
Scheduling was done in 48 hours (non-​emergency), he arrived in the allotted 2-​hour window, and did an excellent job.
While visiting, he pointed out a couple additional projects our association needed done but hadn’t contracted out the work yet for — he hammered all 3 entry projects out in less than 2 hours, including installing a new access gate knob.
And the rates… not only tangible and transparent, but Gal did a great job at a fair cost.
Very happy all around — I’ll call them first next time we need help.

Called quick to let me into my apartment after I had locked myself out. Called on the first try and got a lovely operator who was very kind to me and and answered all of my questions regarding the process. After I place my order for a locksmith he contacted me 2 minutes later and arrived 20 minutes later (which is actually pretty fast considering they are not down the street from my apartment). I was greeted by a man named Josh. He was very polite and professional. He used the easiest solution to unlock my door which resulted in no damage to my door lock mechanism. And also, because I mentioned I found them on Unilocal.I got 10% off of my order!!! (Hurrah!!!)
In conclusion, you need to use quick key for all your issues regarding lockouts. They are very professional, very fast, and they are very efficient with there lock solving solutions.
