Richards Towing

Im writting cause my car broke down 17 miles from my home and I called my road side safety. They put me through to road america and assured me a tow truck driver from richards towing was on their way and would arrive within 30 mins. 4 hours later and me being on and off the phone making phone calls to road america trying to find out what was taking so long to only find out that the driver was not picking up the phone and not returning the phone calls. This is unexcusable as well as unprofessional! I was freezing due to the drop in tempature and with my car not being able to start to keep me warm I was left without means of staying warm. I also tried to reverse my credit card transaction of $ 17.50 extra for over charges and one woman hung up on me. You can take my money but not send a driver to tow me. As well as some answers that were not given. Im just glad I wasnt stranded on some back road with coyotees, or worse.

Very poorly ran. They only take «cash» and really screw you over. I wouldn’t take my lawn mower here. Save yourself time and money and choose a different body shop.

Due to this crazy weather my vehicle would not start. I was referred to Richards towing and I must say the customer service was great and the price was reasonable.

I got stranded by midway airport and they saved me on a Thursday night. They were fast and reasonably priced would recommend
