Table, Donkey and Stick takes its inspiration from the mountain inns of the Alps, known as berghaus or auberge de montagne. Like these Alpine refuges, Table, Donkey and Stick welcomes guests with crusty bread, house-made charcuterie, seasonal delicacies, carafes of wine, plenty of brandy and fire.
