Danielle is AMAZING! There really are no words to describe how great she is. She’s very clean, organized, & flexible. Even though she’s so high in demand, she somehow manages to make extra time, every time. My skin has seriously transformed since I started seeing her (in May 2014). And I have seriously sensitive skin. She even went out of her way to research a skin regimen for me to do on my own time! Most therapists would charge outrageous fees for that. Oh, & there’s also a punch card to earn free waxes/​etc. If you fall in love with her talent like I have, you’ll be addicted! Go see her, like, yesterday!
Edited: She uses all natural both hard & soft wax. For fellow sensitive skin people, this is pretty important to know. :)

Danielle is the best waxer I’ve ever had. I’ve been to a number of spas all over the city and she stands out by far. She’s super polite, makes you feel very comfortable, and is a caring individual. She’ll even follow up afterwards to make sure everything is going well and provide tips for upkeep and daily care. Danielle makes a super intimate experience that can be super intimidating easy and comfortable. I’d recommend her to everyone.
She’s also super flexible on scheduling. Danielle is great!

If you’re looking for a great Brazilian wax then this is the place to go. Danielle is great and very careful with her work.
I have been coming for about a year now because personally, I am very sensitive and shaving was seriously damaging my skin down there! Danielle is very gentle and makes me feel very comfortable.
The prices are great (trust me I’m on a college budget) as well as the easily accessible location.
I would definitely recommend!

I go to Danielle regularly for brazillian waxes and she does a great job! She’s quick and the environment is very clean. I’m also a big baby when it comes to pain and she has done the best job by far at minimizing this. I would recommend her for anyone I know!

Taylor Facials and Waxing is amazing. Their prices are well aligned, if not better than most in the area. But more important, Amy is a natural and the process is quick and produce sustainable, high quality results. The wax that she uses is very high quality and is gentle on the skin. She has a unique approach/​technique that makes the process go faster, you’ll just have to experience it for yourself!
In addition to her skill and technique, Amy is quite the professional and smart, business woman with a true entrepreneur spirit.

I moved to Chicago last year and was very nervous about finding someone new to do my waxing. I came across Taylor Waxing on Unilocal because of the great reviews, and they were proven true on my first appointment. I have been going to Danielle for over a year now and she is always very accomodating and makes the uncomfortable process of a Brazilian wax as easy as possible. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member.

I went to the Clark St. location the first time. I was slightly nervous because I’d only had a Brazilian once prior at a spa. Danielle was great. She communicated via text that day and very social during the somewhat awkward experience. We chatted away as I endured the self-​promoted pain. Unfortunately my skin lifted on my brow/​eye lid and my bikini line. I was skeptical after my first visit but wanted to give it another try. I honestly think it was a combination of things. Soft wax, dry skin and maybe a little too warm.
The second time, again great customer service and we used hard wax only. No skin lifting. Needless to say, I’ll be back in about a week before my Hawaii trip. I’m excited to see the new location.
