The Dailey Method

I joined class pass, and this is by far my favorite class! The instructors are extremely helpful, and very welcoming. I’ve gone to two classes with Cassandra and she’s amazing!

So i have taken a single class for $ 25. Its a very proffesional place, very modern and clean. The staff is friendly and the instructor is excellent atleast the one i went to. Since i am not that fit I found the class difficult with all other student almost pro but i still enjoyed and i am hoping to continue.
the class i went to was called Dailey Barre and the routine had lots of variation. Lot of ussage of ball and little bit of weight. In between the instructor helped also when the posture was not correct. Overall i had a good experience.

Great studio! It’s very clean and modern. I like the fact that while each teacher has a different style, every class is very challenging. After attending a barre studio previously that had the same format for each class, it’s refreshing to attend a class where you don’t know what is coming next (even if it is a million planks). The variation makes the time go by quickly and the fast paced nature of class means you get a lot of work in during a short time.

This is the third barre method studio I have tried. I used to be a regular member at Lava Barre in Arlington VA and I went several times to Barre 3 in Washington, D.C. Of the 3 studios, The Dailey Method is the only one that I leave feeling like I didn’t really work out. I much preferred the higher intensity of the other places. However, the real reason I felt incline to leave a review is that I had to cancel the class I was scheduled to attend later today because I am no longer able to make it. After cancelling online I received an e-​mail saying that I would be charged for cancelling the class because I cancelled less than 4 hours in advance. There was no warning of that fact prior to cancelling. I’ll probably use the last class I have available from the voucher I purchased and then not go back.
