Woof! Walks & Boarding

As I posted a few years ago, we began working with Woof Walks when it was owned by Erin. When she moved out of state, she carefully chose the person to whom she sold the business, and our utter satisfaction hasn’t changed a bit.
Jeff is a complete and total dog person. He’s exceptionally dedicated to his four-​legged clients and takes the time to know each of them individually, understanding their needs, likes and dislikes, fears, etc. Our sometimes-​skittish greyhound adapted to him beautifully. And from a business side of things, he’s communicative, 100% reliable (down to finding a backup walker when he’ll be out of town), and amazingly flexible. We feel as lucky to work with him as we did with Erin.

I never should have given her 3 stars. It was a joke because Unilocal was deleting some reviews because all she got were 5 star reviews. Erin is an awesome and beautiful person. The best you could have had to walk your lovable dogs. We will all miss her terribly. She’s an amazing person and I’m so glad she was part of my dog’s life and mine for 2 years. I know she misses all of her doggies but her new life in Northern California will be wonderful and she will be with her family again. Bye Erin. You will be missed by all of us.

Erin is fabulous with dogs! Our dog Mingus loves her and goes crazy with joy whenever we see her on the street. You can really tell that Erin is in it for the love of the animals. On an extended trip out of town, she brought Mingus to our place during the day to give our cat some extra attention, sent us a video link of Mingus playing and having fun, and collected our mail to boot! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive and enthusiastic pet walker/​sitter.

We just moved to the neighborhood, and my dog is a nervous, fear barker type (skateboarders, wheely bags, new people). I want to make sure that my very sweet but neurotic dog is going to be in very good hands. From the human point of view, Erin made sure that she answered every question I had, saw where my dog would be spending time, met dogs she would be spending time with and that she was well socialized with them, too. Her rates are really reasonable too.
But more importantly, from a dog’s point of view, my dog is so excited to run in to Erin on walks, she just wiggles and pulls me towards her to go say «hi». And that is really all the endorsement I need.

Erin is a truly special dog walker.
Her passion for and comfort with animals is immediately apparent. She gets to know the quirks of each pet she works with, and really personalizes the whole experience. Perhaps the greatest testament of all is that my little dog gets wiggly and excited whenever we happen to run into her on the street; the tempo of his tail relays the love and trust that she earns from canines all over the neighborhood.

So wonderful. My sister Roxy and I looked forward to our visits and walks during the week. Sometimes when my owner travelled we had a sleep over, and if we needed a grooming WW would make sure we got there and back safely and looking good. We love WW! The best!

Erin is wonderful… my pup Paddington adores her. Well… at least that’s what Erin tells me!
Erin is incredibly thoughtful and I love the little notes she leaves me after each visit. She is friendly, reliable and totally loves her animal clients!

Erin is absolutely fabulous! There is no one else we would rather have babysit our 2 dogs when we are traveling (we schedule our trips on her availability :). She goes above and beyond every time she sits for our dogs. She treats your pets as though they are her own and has the ability to bond with even the most challenging of dogs. I just cannot say enough great things about her.

Erin is great! She is wonderful with dogs and takes such good care of ours. I always feel better leaving my pup knowing she is going to be stopping by. I come home to a very happy and content puppy. :) Highly recommended!

I have waited a long time to write this review… and I can say in all honesty and after long deliberation that Erin is fantastic. She obviously cares deeply for animals and bonded with my dog right away. She dog sat on two separate occasions at her house and my dog came home just as happy as she left and frankly, more tired than usual due marathon walks with Erin’s two dogs.
One of the most important things for me, and I told Erin this right off the bat is I wanted consistency with my walkers which I have been unable to get with two prior dog walking companies. Erin is our walker and shows up rain or shine. Only once in the last several months has a substitute walker been used and only because Erin went on vacation for 3 days. I was given ample notice ahead of time and asked if I was okay with the temporary change. After she returned from vacation, she was right back walking my dog. Also, the last time we went out of town, Erin kindly checked on our cats and watered my plants. I couldn’t be happier with Erin and the relationship she has established both with myself and my pup. Hooray!

I hired Erin/​Woof! Walks as my dog walker less than a month ago, and in that short amount of time, Erin has proven to be the coolest, most attentive dog walker I could ask for!
She goes above and beyond the basics (which include daily notes after walks, a flexible schedule and a cheery disposition). I recently went out of town and arranged for Erin to take care of my dog at her home while I was away. On the first day I was gone, Erin sent me a photo of my dog, happy and hanging out at her place. She followed my trip with an email outlining how well the weekend went. Further, she picked up and dropped off my dog to accomodate my schedule.
Erin clearly loves animals and takes great care of her clients. I would recommend her to anyone in the area she serves! Thank you Woof! Walks!

Erin is a wonderful dog walker! She is reliable, flexible, and I feel like my two pups are safe when they are with her. She always leaves a short note to let me know how the kids did on their walk. It’s nice to have peace of mind that my dogs are with someone I trust and getting a break while I’m at work. Plus, I know my dog Rocky loves her because he brings her not just one but two toys when she comes to the door!

How is it that I haven’t written a review yet?
I love Erin! She’s the best. I’ve hired her on three or four occasions to watch my two cats. She’s great and the cats seem to love her. She’s helped me out in a pinch with other things too, like keeping an eye on my car when I’m gone and getting the mail.
She’s super attentive and professional.

When it comes to great pet care, Woof! Walks is the place! Erin is the best. I have a cat who is a little skiddish around strangers but she loved her. I am relieved to know that she is in good hands when I am not in town. I travel frequently, and always know that Erin will handle any situation that comes her way. She is a great communicator and I am always in the know when it comes to Olive’s sake. Woof! Walks provides the best care around when it comes to animals. It is obvious in the way that Erin is with her own 2 dogs. She handles them gently with love and care and can highly be trusted. In today’s world, it is comforting to know that Woof! Walks provides both great service & quality time with my pet. I have already booked Erin in advance for future trips as I know that Olive really enjoys having her around. I really appreciate that Erin at Woof! Walks will always provide exceptional pet care.

I LOVE Woof! Walks, and Erin. She did an awesome job taking care of my cat, Echo, and bird, Pete. It was very comforting for me while I was traveling for business to know that everyone was in such good, loving hands. She even sent me text messages and emails every day letting me know what everyone was up to.
