I have had my large house cleaned by As Good As It Gets Housecleaning Services for the past several years. i highly recommend this service. They are reliable, considerate, friendly, thorough and price competitive. I live several miles out of town and there is no extra travel charge. Jeannie has accomodated my request for every two and then every three week schedule request as well as my requests for all special cleaning services over the years. I recommend thi service to all.

Jeanne and crew are the very best! I first called with an emergency two years ago and have been using As Good As it Gets ever since. Beyond spotless! I have a lot to clean with stainless steel appliances that show streaks if not cleaned correctly, wood floors that require special care, lots of nooks and places for dirt to hide and it is all perfect every time. Great attention to detail, flexible on what needs to be done, very easy to schedule and excellent communication. I have had several friends, guests and visitors comment on the cleanliness of my home and I always give the credit to Jeanne.

Worst customer service ever! The owner was horribly rude. Had to have them come out 3 different times to clean the things that she stated were cleaned in the invoice emailed to myself. There was standing water left on our laminate floors, the oven racks were taken out and thrown back in. Would not recommend this company to anyone! A report has been filed with the better business bureau.

I have received bi-​weekly cleaning service from As Good As It Gets Cleaning Service for over a year now. I wondered if the name of the service was accurate and have been pleasantly surprised that they live up to the name! I have also hired them to clean my windows, roof debris and gutters (they removed every bit of debris too). They are always on time, do a great job and are very professional. The owner is easy to work with. As a perfectionist that knows how much work goes into getting these results, I am impressed!

I was going to have them clean my house for moving out and I just ended up not being able to do it. I even lost the phone number so I could cancel and when she called me and I told her I couldn’t have her clean, she was kind and gracious about the whole thing.

I was going to hire this service to clean my apartment before my lease ended, I had called and nothing was set in stone because I still needed to confirm with my roommates. My roommates and I ultimately decided to have the cleaning service be deducted from the deposit. We spent all day moving out of the apartment therefore I was not able to call and to give notice of the change. I then received a call the next day confirming the appointment, I kindly let her know of our decision and apologized for not getting back to her. She then retorted «Sorry doesn’t count» ! I wouldn’t recommend adding this company to a potential list of cleaning services unless you are 100 percent sure of your decision.

I found this company through a google search and inquired about a one time whole house cleaning.
I received a phone call back from the owner Jeannie promptly and we got on her schedule the same week.
I am very pleased with the work and especially her team. I really enjoyed their enthusiasm and interest in really making our hose look good.
I will call them back for our next cleaning without question.

I hired them to clean my floors and bathrooms only. They didn’t clean either. The bathrooms where hardly touched and the floors were not done as well. She brought 5 people with her to clean some of which had never cleaned before because I heard her telling the girls to teach the boys to clean a bathroom. The sad part is that they did a horrible job. My home was very tidy when they came but I wanted it deep cleaned and they did not even do an okay job.

Let me start by saying that the crew that came to clean my house was awesome. Extremely helpful and did a great job. BUT, while trying to remove something from a wall there was some paint stripped off with it. Not a huge deal if I had been made aware of it! Then when I call to ask about it, I get this response, «my crew doesn’t make mistakes so I don’t know why you are saying this». We were also quoted for about 250 dollars less than what I was charged. Mistakes happen I definately get that. But essentially calling me a liar rather than admitting possible faullt? That’s wrong. I would have been happy to refer then to anyone and everyone until that point. 375 was my total charge FOR A 2 BEDROOM 1 BATH TINY APARTMENT. The lady running the show is also unwilling to talk to me at all about why she is charging me so much. BOTTOM LINE: GOOD CREW, GOOD WORK, ZERO CREDIBILITY IF ANYTHING HAPPENS ON THEIR END. My suggestion is avoid the possible headache (and absurd extra charges) and go somewhere else.

I met Jeanne and referred a couple test referrals just to get feedback on how well she did. In every case I heard nothing but positive feedback from her work and her attitude. Now I feel confident to recommend her all the time. We don’t get a referral fee for referring her, I am just glad my customers are taken such good care of and wanted others to know about my positive experiences.
