Coldwell Banker Dufour Realty has a served the Real Estate needs in Chico for many years. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2003. I started my Real Estate career working at a local title and escrow company. I then proceeded to work as a mortgage loan officer and finally realized my goals were to help people in Chico Ca achieve the goal of home ownership. I then proceeded to work as a mortgage loan officer and finally realized my goals were to help people in Chico Ca achieve the goal of home ownership. When I am not helping friends with their Real Estate needs, I enjoy playing with my 2 year old son, going fishing, riding motorcycles and coaching a handicap baseball league.

Brent is awesome! My husband and I were going through a short sale and he made the process very smooth for us and easy to understand. He was on our side every step of the way.
Brent is easy work with and to get ahold of (which was really important to me). He answered all of our questions in detail and without hesitation.

Knowing Mr. McCarthy for a long time I have always respected his knowledge in the Real Estate Market. I have bought a few homes San Diego. While he wasn’t my Agent due to my location He was always my go to Guy. I called him and spoke with him on a Daily basis during the buying process with questions and concerns I had that I didn’t feel comfortable with my Agent answering. Without ever getting paid on my deals Brent was there every step of the way helping my wife and me through our buying process. It is a great testament to his character. He is an outstanding agent that will go above and beyond for you. I would recommend him to everyone.

Brent is a fantastic agent. He works tirelessly to always get you the home your looking for, is patient, kind, and always professional. My favorite thing about Brent: I never felt the heavy sales pressure vibe, which made me one happy customer.
Brent’s a valuable agent because he’s the first to point out things you may not immediately consider in a new home while under the spell of shiny, new fixtures or flooring. We are in the process of buying a home, and we’ve enjoyed working with Brent so much, it goes without saying that we will definitely call on him the day we decide to sell. Brent’s not only worked real estate sales, he’s worked in escrow, and lender positions, so his experience alone is a major value add.
As a night shifter, one of the most important things for me was flexibility in scheduling of appointments. Brent definitely made all of my off-​hour requests happen. Early morning showings and evening showings during family hours made it clear to me that this guys is 100% dedicated to finding me a home.
