This gamestop used to SUCK when there was this robot manager that really was all corporate and no soul, but thankfully the current manager is AWESOME!
His name is Garland and he really can relate to his customers because he plays games professionally while he runs this pawn shop. Sure there can be an occasional slip up like one review that had an issue with a logitech controller but this location is more likely than any other gamestop in the county to help you get your money back (as long as you keep the receipt, and even without sometimes you can get lucky). But most of the time you wont want your money back.
I once bought a 16 gb PS Vita memory card for 40 $ and then the 32 gb one went on sale for for 40 $ about two days later. I went in and as i was browsing i mentioned it to the manager and he looked my purchase up even without my receipt and managed to get the larger one swapped with my 16 gb.
Ive spent a fair chunk of money at this location and have had no bad experiences ever since new management. Great place, Check it out!

Bought a very hard to find Logitech Wireless controller here not more than a few hours ago. Get home and open it up to find the four batteries inside HAD LEAKED EVERYWHERE! Cleaned it up and it works fine but these guys do NOT examine the goods they buy at all. They sell used hardware untested and unexamined.
From the looks of it they got this from someone, bagged it and stuck it on the shelves. Gamestop is horrid, buy from Nor Cal Collectibles instead.
