Opened in 2010 to be the second Chico location, the East Ave. store changed ownership in 2012 and is now locally owned and operated.

Business Owner

Matt Sheppard took over the East Avenue store in 2012 with a desire to help everyone, not just figure athletes and bodybuilders.

He believes good health and fitness should be goals to help you live a better life, and not just look a certain way. If you want to get stronger for your next hike, gain muscle for a bodybuilding show or just put together a solid, healthy diet plan, Matt wants to help you.
