I have been doing business with this company for the last 15 years, and I have been returning because of the level of service that I always received. The one time I had an issue with one of the machines that I purchased, the owner of the company contacted me directly and resolved the issue quickly and politely. I am a contractor 14 crews using the machines that I get from IE, so needless to say they get abused. One of the things I like the most about doing business with them is that they really do service what they sell, not something that is easy to find these day. Keep up the great work!
