We had a minor clog in our toilet and called thrifty rooter. Not only did the plumber show up 2 hours late, but the job also took him a matter of 5 minutes. We were billed the next day for 90 dollars. There were no supplies costs and the job took five minutes. Very disappointed that we were charged this ridiculous price for a «full hour of labor».

We were out of town when our tenants called to say there was sewage leaking out of the clean out into the back yard. Usually this is something we would handle ourselves but since we were unavailable, we reached out to Thrifty Rooter. I was dreading a HUGE bill and a BIG hassle.
To my surprise, they were quick, efficient, hassle-​free and half the price I thought it would be. GREAT JOB Thrifty Rooter!

We had a small leak from sprinkler pipe outside because the home builder did not install it correctly. I was able to get someone out that day (not even an emergency) and they were friendly and provided an explanation of what they recommended and options. The price matched what I was expecting for the work completed.

The water pipe in the back yard was broken, called in Thrifty Rooter and another plumbing company, the other company told me they’ll have to reroute the whole pipe line and would cost $ 1500-​$ 2000, when Thrifty Rooter came they said it would just cost $ 500 and no need to reroute the whole thing, they had it done in less than an hour and it was perfect! So glad I found them!

Thrifty Rooter really went the extra mile for us. They put in a water line across the property and did an excellent job. When we needed help documenting some other work that was done by another contractor, they went out of their way to help us get the information that we needed. What awesome service!
