Established in 2006.
After 16 years at a larger, nationally known company, it was time for my wife Kym and I to open our own brokerage. I have a broker’s license, and together we added a number of agents throughout the years and have been very successful in building our brand: W.M. Campbell Real Estate.

Business Owner
After working years in stable but boring jobs, Kym & I decided to make a huge change. We had 10 & 9 year old sons, and knew it was time to do something different. So we got our Real Estate Salespersons licenses in 1990 and have never looked back. In 2006 is was time to open our own shop. I had a Broker’s license, so we launched in June, added agents over the years, and it’s been a very satisfying experience. I was Realtor of the Year in 1994, Kym in 2009. I was President of the Chico Assoc of Realtors in 1997, Kym in 2007, and again in 2013. Kym is involved in Rotary, and serves on the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and I’m a Past President of the Chico Noon Exchange Club. We love this community, and want to stay connected.
