This is one of them, best facial I ever had, love that they also massage you as your mask is setting. The staff is awesome and friendly.
I left out some stasr because I got a gift card for 100 for my mother so she can get a micro done and they said they couldn’t use the giftcard for a mirco??? I don’t understand, I don’t like to argue so I left it… I will not be purchasing any more gift cards for my fam or friends anymore because of that reason. But I will deff be coming back for my facials.

So it was my first time here and first facial. Vanessa was amazing!!! She was very accommodating to my needs! She was extremely helpful and she made it a very relaxing environment for me. I am picky about my massages and she gave me the most amazing massage and I was very happy with it.
She gave me an antioxidant facial and it made my skin feel so refreshed.
She also recommended some really relevant products that would compliment my skin type. I bought one and I have been very pleased with it.
Vanessa is a great esthetician and I am definitely coming back! THANK YOU VANESSA FOR MAKING MY FIRST FACIAL SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

I bought the deal on Groupon for facials for my sister and I for some much needed girl time. The receptionist, Alyssa was very sweet, and my esthetician, Kristen was very knowledgable. I was pleasantly surprised they could accommodate us the day after we called! Chino Hills is a far drive for me, so I might try the one in Upland next time, but Facelogic gives the best facials hands down

Loved this place!!! Left my face feeling so clean and hydrated! A bit pricey but worth it for me! The technician also told me a lot about my fave and skin and ways I could make it better! Definitely recommend give it a try!

I have been going to FaceLogic for their microdermabrasian treatments for a while now. I truly do feel great after receiving a facial. However, I do have one complaint. This is something that really irks me every single time that I have gone. They push push and push to upgrade my mask during the facial. Throughout a 60 minute facial, I have probably had to deny them 3 – 4 times for various upgrades. «Want us to use the pumpkin peel? It’s a better exfoliant and only $ 25 for today» «Want us to use this thing, it’s much better than the standard thing blah blah».
This makes me feel two things: #1) I am already paying a lot of money for my treatment, so is the normal mask they’re about to use subpar to the potential «upgrades»? and #2) I am assuming they are on commission, however, I am not at a Best Buy or an appliance store where I would like to hear about XYZ options to upgrade during a time when I am supposed to feel relaxed.
If they want to give us the option of a stronger, more powerful mask treatment, then they should discuss that in the beginning of the facial (when doing the paperwork or purchasing the facial). I know they offer these upgrades during the paperwork, and if I wanted it, I would tell them prior to starting my facial.
Overall, I do love receiving facials here. It is something that Iook forward to whenever I have time and can afford receiving one. The continuous sales pitch is just a bit much for me. I would give this place 5 stars, otherwise. This trivial detail is something I want to make known so that they know that clients are coming here to be relaxed and there are many other opportunities to discuss «upgrades» other than when the client is on the chair, attempting to escape from reality and be relaxed for that one hour.

Thank you so much Desiree for my facial. I just got my heavenly monthly facial done at Facelogic… love this place! Seriously, Facelogic is the best place to get a facial. Staff is super friendly; courteous; well mannered; and they treat me like I’m part of their family. I’ve been a member for over seven years now and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Every women needs to be pampered. Try this place, I highly recommend it… you won’t have any regrets. Make your appointment with Desiree and she’ll take you to heaven (at least that’s how she makes me feel every time)!!!

I received a gift certificate for a facial here and I fell in love. The staff was so nice and helpful. I’m horrible with names but the girl that did my facial was awesome. She explained what she was going to do before every step which was great considering this was my first facial. She took her time and left my face feeling clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back. The whole experience was so relaxing. They don’t have private rooms for your facial but to be honest with the dimmed lights, the relaxing music and and awesome facial happening you forget that small detail. I will definitely be back.

I was contemplating about leaving review or not, i hate bashing on businesses but to improve this place needs to hear my experience.
I was here about 2 months ago with my mom, i bought a groupon microdermabrasion for myself and a peel facial for my mom. The booking process was great, they accommodated all my change in schedules, which was great. At the desk The friendly girl on the phone does not smile, or say hi. Nothing like youre invisible. I prt slide. I asked if they do extraction, girl said yes. So they take us to a recliner chair, no rooms here, its all separated by a small divider. My esthetician likes to educate me on my skin, which is good. They used a clarisonic brush on me and this is where it went downhill. I own a clarisonic brush and i know its a personal tool, if they dont use a different brush for every customer then its not sanitary. The brush is about 30 $ so i doubt they change it with every guest. This i think is the reason why I broke out, i have never broken out after a facial.
Second, she said they do extraction. When i thought it was time for it cause she already cleansed my face. She took one blackhead off my forehead, I asked can you do more, she said «if you want your pimple off then put a hot tea bag on it, it will come out on its own! «…So What about my blackheads? Nothing. It was such a blah facial, and i left feeling dirty then this is when i really started breaking out. Im still trying to fix my skin right now. The best thing about my facial was the massage i think, thats why i gave 2 stars.
My mom said she didnt like her experience either. At least my girl was friendly, my mom’s didnt even smile at her or offer her water after. I was looking for a good facial place where I can be a member off after i disentolled from massage envy.
This place is not getting my business.
Just In case you’re interested though. I just tried spa xanadu in Arcadia and the facial was awesome, i signed up membership for that one.

This was my 2^nd year contract with Facelogic. The girls the I had as my estheticians are truly lovely. I ended up have a lesion removed from my cheek and had to hold off on getting facials. I understand that you can only put 3 months on hold and understand the contract. I was a very loyal customer and bought many of there products which never took care of my dark spots but still continued to stay loyal. I thought I would just ask the manager Julie if there was anything they could do for me since I lost out on two months of my facials totaling $ 120! She was a very COLD and BITTER SNOB because I was cancelling my contract. So of course she could careless that I was losing out on my money! Warning make sure this is something you plan on going to for a whole year and not miss any appointments otherwise your just throwing your money away! That’s what you get for being so loyal! I will never go back again!

Looking forward to a relaxing treat once a month? This is the place to decompress. My friend/​coworker and I have been members of Facelogic for many years. We are not newbies to facials-​once we experienced facials with this team we decided to stay. My friend drives in from Eagle Rock once a month and we enjoy the day relaxing and catching up on life.
There is no question that Judy, Desiree and their staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgable about skincare. We always leave with our skin feeling moisturized and looking radiant! I also immensely appreciate the care and compassion that is demonstrated to My friend who will not give up her Facelogic visits even on days when the treatments for her medical condition take a toll on her. To see her looking relaxed and radiant after her facial is PRICELESS!!!

I have been a member her at Facelogic for 2 years and I would not keep coming back if i didn’t absolutely love the service and more importantly the results of my skin every time I get a facial! Every one is so sweet and really takes the time to pamper you. Judy and Elysia are my favorite estheticians. They give the best facials/​massages! I always leave very satisfied and look forward to my next appointment!

I have been going to Facelogic for several years now; since they were at their old location in Chino. At the time I started my membership I lived in the Chino area. In April 2014 I moved to the Pasadena area and while it’s longer drive now I still take a day a month to drive to Chino Hills to get my facials.
Yes I considered stopping my membership because of the drive but when I considered what I would be giving up I couldn’t do it.
I would drive even further for their services. YES THEY ARE WORTH IT !

Judy was absolutely amazing! I came because I received a coupon for microdermabrasion face and neck for $ 79 in the mail. Being that it was my first time, I was extremely nervous but Judy was great and explained everything to me. She was very patient and overall, I felt like it was such a positive experience. I’ve noticed such a huge difference with my skin! I also picked up some of their skincare products. Their sunblock was a bit pricey at $ 45 but worth every penny. It has a light citrus smell and does not irritate my sensitive skin.

I want to rate this place negative stars but that is not an option. I went to get a microdermabrasion facial thinking I would look beautiful after! That was far from the case, the micro head had scratched my face as if I was attacked by a cat. My skin was left raw and I looked worse leaving. I spoke to the owner/​manager and she gave me a topical sample and said come back in a few days. We still will be charging you for this. Charging me to look like I was literally in a cat fight? I was furious, however I came back after three days… Meantime looking horrible for a party I attended the following night & the manager blamed me for having sensitive skin. This lady (owner) was so rude no remorse !!! She never refunded my money & was talking about me to her staff saying it’s not the facialists fault it’s my skin! I will never go back. The owner is classless.

Judy is absolutely amazing. I discovered this place towards the end of my first trimester. This being my first pregnancy, I had no idea what to expect. I had started to break-​out like a teenager in high school. My face was in need of some serious help and healing. Judy worked her magic and almost 2 months later, I have seen my face clear and new skin resurface. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable; she walked me through skin care products and explained why certain products were better than others, etc. I would absolutely recommend this place. Ask for Judy.

I bought a gift card for a girlfriend of mine. Guess she had a terrible experience booking an appointment. The people worked at the counter were rude and wanted her credit card for booking when she clearly told them she had a gift card. They wouldn’t book her appointment without a credit card. Seriously people! She walked out and gave the gift card back to me! How embarrassed it was to give a gift that no one wants!!! I didn’t want to believe how she experienced until I read all the reviews and the spa management calling clients idiot in response, I thought it was way too low!!! What a waste of my money! Wish I could get my money back but I am sure they wouldn’t! Bad choice on my part! Would never purchase another gift card there!!!

Got a deal from Groupon for microdermabrasion facial and upper body massage, and I just had my appointment today. The experience was great. The place was very clean and neat. My facial lady is Ellie, very informative during the whole process. Before each step, she would tell me what she is going to put on my face, what are the product and what’s use for. I have been getting monthly facial since I was in college. So right away, I can tell she is very knowledgeable at what she does. I happened to be in the market for a regular facial spot, so I sign up for a six months membership. At first, the receptionist wanted me to sign up for a year, but I didn’t want to commit that long term. We were able to come to an agreement of $ 79/​month (instead of $ 69/​month for the one year agreement). I am very excited about their other services and their hours are long compared to other places, so I may be able to come after work.
I took one star off because of the price… thou its awesome service, it’s still a bit pricy.

The services here are amazing! The staff is always going above and beyond and their customer service is excellent. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in. But the best part is their facials of course. My skin always feels so great after having a service, not to mention their facials come with an upper body massage so it’s the best relaxing experience you can get. Their prices are really affordable for what you get. I’ve received facials at other places and nothing can compare. I can’t wait until my next facial!

Been a customer for 3 years and I love it but my skin loves it more. I highly recommend them!
