I love this place. It turned a non-Chinese food lover into a believer! Be warned: they ARE closed for«rest» from 3pm-430pm. Homemade noodles are amazing. Shanxi lamb soup got me craving it more each time!

Horrible customer service. I walked in with my daughter to get lunch at about 3pm on a Saturday. The restaurant was completely empty except for one table. A lady from the back came out to greet me and then the guy at the table yelled out that they were closed. The lady then turned to me and said they were closed and walked away. The sign on the door says that business hours are 11 – 9.

We came to try this new place out. Solid food. I enjoyed the dumpling the most, it was puffy and a little soupy inside. The Cold cucumbers were delicious too. They were too sour, just the way I like it. It also wasn’t overly garlicky. The hot and sour soup wasn’t as thick, goopy, but it was a little too sour for my preference. The cold noodles wasn’t what I expected with the peanut sauce. It was a little sour and the noodles were chewy if you like it that way. Pretty good place. I can see this place getting busier.

Visited three times, tried their Shanxi Noodle Soup, Dry Noodle House Special Sauce and Shanxi meat noodle, loved them all! Good service, I asked for recommendation on what type of noodle to get for what I’m ordering and server was knowledgeable and made good recommendation. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu!

Food was pretty good, came pretty fast and the service was very good. The waiter came to check on us a couple of times. The original location was in Walnut but they moved here but still, great quality of food.

We ordered the Beef Stew Noodle Soup, the Dry Noodle with House Sauce, the cucumber appetizer dish, shrimp fried rice, onion pancakes and House Pork Buns. The food was ok. Nothing to brag about. Didn’t care for the texture of the noodles that much. The cucumbers should’ve been marinated longer or something. It seemed like it lacked vinegar and garlic because it wasn’t very flavorful. Scallion Pancakes and the pork buns were ok. Not very flavorful. Probably will not be back because none of the food we ordered stood out to us. We can get much better food for the amount of money we spent here.
