Daniel helped set up the servers for both our CA and FL offices so we were able to access each other’s servers off hours. He was very patient and helpful and always has your best interesting in mind.
First he helped us purchase the right equipment that were of good quality while still reasonably priced. After purchasing everything, he set up all the software and configured everything so that we were able to remote in to any of those desktops.
Daniel’s great and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any of my questions. I think what I value most in people who help with technical issues is their patience and kindness, and Daniel definitely has all of that.

My fiancée found this place on Unilocal,and I went there to fix my poor computer. Granted, I was a little scared because I don’t really trust people with all my personal information at their fingertips, and computers aren’t my forte, so I don’t know a lot about them. However, Daniel was amazingly nice and explained everything to me in terms that I could understand, but that let me know he knows what he is doing. They often do off site jobs, so call first before you walk in to make sure they are there. They also call you first to ask if you want them to do certain things to your computer, such as delete temp files or update virus software (those are done free of charge as well). So unless my personal information shows up somewhere on the internet (better not), highly recommend!

First let me say im not connected with this business in anyway. That being said, this shop kicks ass.
Im very familiar with maintaining my own computer. In fact ive never had to take my computers to a shop before. But this issue i couldnt figure out. Well Daniel at United Techs fixed it no problem, quickly and for a very resonable price. It runs like new again. If i know anyone with comp issues, especially windows, im telling them to go here. Very standup guy/​service, charged me what he quoted me before work began. No addtional charges or «inpection only» charges.

My computer has been redrafting and/​or crashing for a year now. I’ve had other people try to fix it & they only seemed to make it worse. That’s when I found this place. They are super friendly & got rid of all the viruses on my computer, added an antivirus & checked the hardware for $ 50.00. My computer is running like new again all thanks to United Techs. I just took my laptop there 2 days ago for the same service and I’ll be picking it up tomorrow. Quick turn around (depending on the situation), great prices & awesome service. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I’ll definitely be calling them for all my computer needs from now on. :)

FIRST: dont be afraid this place only has one review, Unilocal deletes reviews if members dont sign in every 2 weeks, this place is fucking LEGIT son. get it.
after having problems with my laptop, i called my manufactors customer service, it was 15 days out of warranty and they wouldnt give me a ANY help. so i went to geeksquad, story short, they charged me 150 dollars to scratch my computer, install the wrong drive the first time and waste my time not even solving the issue. i found united techs co online and tryed it out seeing as i was out of options. steve and daniel are amazing! they took my computer, fixed it on one day and charged me pennies compared to geek squad! i would recommend them any day of the week!
