Artificial Grass

Tried to set up an appointment and they are always booked. They would only offer me 1 time and day slot with no options for other days that week even though I’m like 15 minutes away. It’s a little ridiculous, imagine if I needed some kind of repair or touch up to my turf later on? I’d never get these guys out here.lol. I called a few more turf companies that are 5 star rated and they all had different days available with different times and could make time for me. Too bad, I was interested in spending around 20k for turf will take my business elsewhere.

We are very happy with Artificial Grass, Inc. I looked high and low for a qualified contractor who could provide us with, not only the price range I wanted, but met my criteria for contractors. Sean, Patrick, and Benjamin were good at communications. Benjamin and the team of excellent employees are to be highly praised. We now have a very nice putting green. There was a sprinkler issue that arose after the job was completed but within a few days it was resolved, so customer service after the fact was also very good.

What a difference! I love my yard. The, kids, the neighbors and even the dog love the artificial grass. All I can say is OMG! It changed the look of the entire home. The staff was professional, courteous and fast. They went beyond the call of duty to get the job done. I am so impressed and glad that I made the call. Plenty of referrals heading your way. We are trying to do our part in conserving water. We decided to put artificial turf in our backyard and used AGI to install the turf. Before we just had dirt and we could not use the backyard and now we use it everyday. They had to come through the house to install the turf. They made sure they did not get anything dirty and were very quick to install.

I can’t say enough about this team. A++++ from my initial contact with Sean, assessment and quote from Patrick and the outstanding installation job by Benjamin and his crew. Patrick helped us pick out the right turf for our dogs, reviewed the process and answered all our questions. The dogs use to tear up the yard when running around. I’ve watched our German Shepard and playful boxer run, stop on a dime, skid and slide and not a bit of turf comes up. I had a few questions after the installation and they were Johnny-​on-​the-​spot to get back with answers. Would not hesitate to use this company again!!!

Was looking into AG instead of Sod because I got tired of mud and the usual comment from my gardener, water is too much then water is too little. It was frustrating no matter what I do it just dies out. Also, my dog was NOT helping keeping the green turf green. I called Patrick and he was the ONLY contractor that actually suggested things to do around the yard to make it look better and said «I’ll do that for you no charge!» I did not even ask him for such a thing yet completely appreciated the gesture. Figured out what needs to be done then called and asked him to expedite the install. In spite of his busy schedule, he made it happen.
Then was Benjamin and the crew. They did such an amazing job to the smallest detail! Even things I never asked for they did it to make sure everything looks great. Benjamin and the crew were amazing in every way possible. First time in my life I never told a contractor you ve missed this or re do that or what ever happened here! No a word! Nothing just a perfect job!
Wait for it, they even cleaned EVERYTHING after they were done. Great job you guys and am one happy customer. Totally recommend AG INC.

Wow! Patrick and his team (especially lead Benjamin) were absolutely awesome! From start to finish. Of the three bidders we had on our project Patrick was the most professional and followed up.
The quality of what they installed (both quality of the material AND the workmanship) were more than I expected. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how it turned out.

I must say that Pat and his team did an excellent job installing NR-​80 Artificial Turf in our rear yard. Pat was accommodating to our schedule and even came out a second time to remeasure, since we wanted to reduce the amount of grass in order to add gravel. We are very happy with the way the grass turned out, and the price was much more reasonable compared to other quotes we received! The team even installed the gravel rocks for us, and the job was completed within one week after signing the bid. We would definitely recommend this company for artificial turf installation! Prompt, professional, and clean!

So like most people, I was looking for ways to both cut costs at home and in my bank account, but still manage to get away with it in this ridiculous drought. I’ve been looking around and came upon a recommendation from a friend. I live out in Garden Grove, and while I could have easily gone to any of the dozens of other artificial grass vendors around the area, none of them had the attitude or professionalism I was looking for. To be honest, I’m not looking for much: Service, Integrity, and Quality. it was like a triangle where you could only pick two of the three items.
I emailed my request and gave dimensions for the area I wanted, as well as attached a couple of pics of the condition of the space as it stood at the time. I got a reply back within a day (i want to say within the same day, but I was busy and didn’t see it until the next day). I emailed back and forth on pricing and to inquire how it’s done, aside from going online to research, the staff replying was great.
I went with the «Natural Real 80» quality for the grass. It was the #1 customer preferred one, and honestly, it felt great. You can request samples on the website, though they typically are available at the in-​person quote appointment that would be set up after you have contacted them. A sales rep came out to my place to give an in-​person quote, and provided samples for the grasses available.
Installation was painless and fast (depending on the size of your yard/​area). I have a small space, so it was a breeze. I was very happy with the turnout. They did it while my sister was out for the day, and when she came home, she didn’t even realize i had gotten it replaced.
if you’re looking to save money in the long run on water, and help contribute to our water crisis here, as well as getting a rebate from the city/​state for your environmental impact, make the choice today! Ok that sounded reallllly sales-​pitchy, but c’mon. you drive your prius and have solar panels installed, why not do the same to our water situation? :P

I’d give them a zero rating, but it’s not an option. I’ve been calling for a week, they don’t call back. Was planning to be a new customer. Taking business elsewhere.

My project got off to a rocky start… after getting a quote from one of the sale rep, I could not get any response from him for additional information such as license, insurance, payment method, contract, confirmation on start date, etc… Any way, the crew showed up at my door on the unconfirmed start date and got right to work. Benjamin (crew supervisor) went over the scope of work with me and took measurements to double check the material quantities. Good thing he did because the quantity was off. They needed almost twice the amount of pavers. Pat Burke visited the job site. I appreciate the commitment from Pat to stick to the original cost. Benjamin was trying to get creative to save on the material for the company, but Pat direct him to proceed as quoted. Once started, the project went smoothly. The crew of 4 worked from 7:30 — 3:30pm, taking a lunch break around 12:30…They didn’t have a porta potty on site, which made one wondered what happened to the garden. They cleaned up the site after the work day. The artificial turf we selected was Diamond Pro spring 80oz from Tiger turf. The material was on site on the 3^rd day. The turf feel softer than the sample we had and there was no tag on the roll. I questioned Ben on whether this was the same brand as we requested. Ben was a little agitate that I did not trust his word, but gave me a copy of the invoice. I was able to verify with the warehouse on the material sold. Either way, I appreciate the professionalism from Ben.
Project is completed, look nice and realistic. People stop to look at our front yard and my neighbors are thinking of doing the same for their yards

Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. Good customer service is what makes a business run. It puts a smile on people’s faces. It’s all about bringing customers back. The service I received was outstanding. The crew was very clean and helpful. Very knowledgeable and honest. It’s hard to find a place that’s trustworthy nowadays! You can always count on this place… Thank you!!! I highly recommend this company.

Pat and his crew did such an amazing job on our backyard. We have a dog and a huge concern was how it was going to drain and not smell. He told us how the different layers interact and why he used certain material to prevent odor and better drainage. He also recommended 60 weight (I think) for the lawn and we couldn’t be happier. There is no residue on the turf and it looks amazing.
My mom was opposed to us putting this in the back yard but after seeing it absolutely loves it. It looks real, feels kinda real, and will never have dog urine stains!

Pat Burke and the team did a fantastic job installing Pro-​Green (the only made in America artificial turf) on my backyard. We picked a soft, multicolor variation and are completely satisfied. They showed up at 7.30am and packed out by 4.30pm, installing about 450 sq ft of turf. They also removed a good size tree in the backyard and we are completely happy with the job. They leveled the yard before installing the turf, and also took care of removing our old sprinkler line.
Overall we considered 3 main vendors (SmartGrass and System Pavers). System Pavers gave us a much higher quote and even though SmartGrass gave a competitive quote, we like AGI’s product more and Pat gave us further discounts that were too good to refuse. In the end we believe we went with the best choice we can get.

Pat Burke and his team in my book is top tier. I’ve had a lot of work done through the years in homes I’ve lived at. Met a many contractors and gotten many estimates. What stood out with AGI for me was a few of things.
1) They offer PRO-​GREEN brand. It is high quality and made in USA. (
). Most places will try to sell you Tiger Turf or Evergreen or some brand made in China
2) Pat’s willing to work with you on prices. He is honest, open, and willing to entertain your price and meet with you on reasonable price.
3) Their installation team gets the job done. They are empowered to make the right decision and make that decision on the spot. They don’t nickel and dime you on simple task they can easily add in while they are there. They do it to get the job done.
4) Professional in, professional out. They came prepared, on time, and worked accordingly. After they are done, they hose down the yard, clean up the trash, and proper hand off to you. No trash lying around, no coke cans in a corner, no paper bag stuff in the bushes.
As other pointed out here, they are very professional group of people. They don’t nickel and dime you on stuff while they are there on simple task. Very clean and helpful. Heck, they even brought their own Microwave!
