Customers Beware! In my experience, A Greener Tomorrow is very unprofessional, as it takes no accountability for their mistakes and poor workmanship. Instead, they resort to personal attacks/​insults, multiple unsubstantiated assertions and correspondingly cast blame onto the customers and others for their poor workmanship. Lay Pavers — The flooring was adequately completed, but contractor tried to up charge over 35% of the established contract price for «customized» work, which we were not made aware of until work was already completed. Contract clearly stipulated client approval for unforeseen items.
Installation of BBQ Grill and BBQ Door — Per the contract, the scope of work includes «installation of the façade of the BBQ grill… along with the connection of the BBQ to a live gas line.» However, the BBQ Grill is currently still sitting in the garage. Despite the explicit language in the contract, contractor denies that installation of the BBQ Grill is part of their contractual obligation.
Defective Water Fountain — (1) The water spout is noticeably crooked; (2) Entire water feature has a patchy, rough uneven texture resulting from poor workmanship; (3) The water fountain leaks resulting from incorrect construction using cinder blocks instead of solid concrete, as indicated by at least 2 separate licensed contractors.
General Release /​Liability Waiver — Contractor coerced us into signing a release of liability waiver for the water feature, indicating that they could not proceed without full execution of the Waiver. Upon notification that the water feature leaked, contractors unilaterally and shamelessly challenged validity of waiver.
Front Loading of Payments — We were illegally and unethically cornered into making payments before the project scope was completed. Contractor refused to continue work before further and full payments were made despite the fact that the project was not completed.

All I can say is RUDE!!! I did a match on home advisor and gave the job to the first company that called and scheduled an appointment. Well… a greener tomorrow called me the next day. I kindly told them I hired someone and the guy proceeded to yell at me that this was the third time I did not hire them. And to get serious about doing work before they call ME next time. These guys need to understand how lead generation works on the web… it’s the service that sends them my number… I don’t make the request directly to them. Needless to say the last time I booked an appointment with them to estimate my sod project they quoted 1000 dollars more then the guy I gave the work to. No reason to be rude, I made a request to service magic for tree service, and they sent my number to them… I don’t like being lectured. Just rude!!!

I emailed to setup an estimate for general landscaping and tree trimming. An appointment was made and canceled the day before. Luis did reschedule for a few days later. His estimate was high, but I used him anyway and scheduled it for the following week. He said he would be there in the morning.
He never showed up for the appointment in the AM. I called and finally reached someone, and then was told we were scheduled for the early afternoon. Then, he did not show at the appointment time they told me, and I finally received a call from him 2 hours after he was supposed to arrive. He was unapologetic and said he never told me the appointment would be in the morning. So I’m a liar? I didn’t care if he came in the AM or PM, I just wanted to know when he planned on showing. Anyway, I said no thanks because he wasted my entire day. My time is worth something, too.
Very unprofessional. Even asked for a deposit with the estimate for tree trimming and landscaping! Watch out for that.

estimate was reasonable and they showed up when they said they would…
tree looks good and clean up was done also…
would recommend and will use this company in the future…

I will state the facts without using a negative tone —
They were trimming my neighbors trees & so I decided to use them to plant a lemon tree.
Set up a date & called to confirm, no reply — days later he calls me back & tells me he was on vacation. Next confirmation call, no reply — this time I’m ready to cancel. He calls me back & said that he purchased the lemon tree already & is waiting for it. So we set up another date, this time he doesn’t show up because he said the tree he got looked sickly.
He shows up a week later & plants a lemon. The leaves were half yellow & half green. Claims that it’s hard to get a Valencia Lemon Tree at this time (june) I requested a plastic lining to prevent it from growing into the cement so he cuts the plastic pot it came in & charges an extra $ 25.00.
gave him an extra star because he was a nice person & we’ve nursed the tree back to health. he told me that he had a big job somewhere else so that might of been a factor to this experience. still, i had other jobs that i gave to someone else & will not recommend him to any friends of mine.
