Took my car there after an accident.
They did an amazing job repairing it. They even did some extra work on the car
which they really didn’t have to do. They even gave me a $ 100 discount at the
end towards my deductible. Great bunch of guys. Can’t say I hope to see them again
but if anything else happens this is the place to go.

We went in there with one problem came out with five. We paid for a transmission service, and it was not done. Got a misdiagnoses to my problem, ultimately their diagnosis made my problem worse. Unfortunately I can’t trust them, will not go back.

Tow driver referred me to the shop this place is awesome they quoted me the price over the phone for the starter to be replaced on my 2007 Honda after 2 ½ hours waiting in their nice waiting area at the end they give me a 10%AAA discount

After being rescued by Joe from AAA and finding out I needed a new starter for my 2004 Toyota Sienna, Joe referred me here. Dark is is the owner/​manager and he took care of me. The starter with labor was $ 350. I’m not sure if it was a decent price but they got me out of there in less than an hour and a half which I appreciated because I ha. My 2 month old baby with me. The waiting area is very clean with nice leather couches. It was nice to have an air conditioned comfortable place to wait for this unexpected repair. The TV didn’t have great channels and the little fridge was only stocked with grapefruit juice. Nice people. Would probably go back if we lived closer.

I’ve taken my car here several times. Thier mechanics are very knowledgeable and the price is reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

What I thought was a HUGE problem with my car, turned out to only be a broken Driving Belt. Chino Auto Repair and Collision Center was awesome. Great staff, honest and quality service. Tow truck driver was helpful and saved me $ 90.00 by recommending Chino Auto Repair & Auto Collision Center rather than the other place I was going to take my car. Our minivan wouldn’t start and the AAA tow rep said it was the starter. Generally we take our cars to a large chain auto repair shop, but after one last fiasco recently, we needed a change. We took the car to Chino Auto Repair per the AAA tow rep’s referral. I suppose the two may have some sort of relationship, but I figured the tow rep wouldn’t risk his business on a poor referral.
Sarkis, the owner /​manager helped us. He confirmed it was starter, gave us a quote, and an estimated completion time. The work was delivered on time and for the price quoted. So nothing real exciting about the work. But it was worth noting that Sarkis was personable and appreciated our business (unlike large chain shop). I also liked the idea of supporting a local small business.
I wanted to post to Unilocal as they seem to be weighed down by some ‘older’ reviews and need a refresh. Only reason for four stars versus five for now was the work was pretty simple, so I don’t have much to comment on. After I take my son’s 2002 330ci for some work, I’m sure I’ll have an update.

This shop is incredible! I was given a brief tour of the shop and was so impressed with the quality of their equipment and the cleanliness. My dad was a master mechanic so I grew up around it. I had a problem with my car a few weeks ago. I know, it’s been awhile but here’s my review. I have AAA and called because I thought my battery needed a jump. They arrived and tried to jump start it but no luck! They suspected my alternator was gone. They towed it to Chino auto. The next morning I got a call from Sarkis (the manager) and he had great news that it was just a fuse blown to the alternator and it worked perfect when he changed it. OK, now let’s be real for a second, they could have made money if they said I needed a new alternator parts and labor, I probably would have paid for it. Sarkis was great and they believe that anyone who does that will lose their reputation. That’s why they do it right all the time. I would have had to scrounge up a few dollars to pay for it but in the end I paid $ 60.00. Just the diagnostic fee. Not even the fuse. People like them are hard to find these days. This is my new place now! This is only my opinion so check it out yourself :-)

I took my car in after a car accident with damage to the front left side. It took nearly a week for my insurance to send an estimator, but that isn’t the shop’s fault.
The shop had my car fixed in a few days, and they were really nice & easy to work with. My car looks good, and I’ll update my post if any problems come up.
If I have any car problems in the future, I’ll bring it back here.

This place was horrible. We took our Car in there for coolant leaks, they replaced some hoses. We brought it back for coolant leak, same thing. Well wouldn’t you know it the car over heats and head gasket blows because they missed a «7inch crack in the water pump» I have no idea how they miss this, with the pressure testing and have a car lift. I jacked my car up and I could find the damn water pump.

Just picked up my car. Last night after work my car wouldn’t start. Called AAA and they told me it was the fuel pump. A person recommended this place to me and told me the price they would charge me, but told me call the place you always go to and see how much they will charge you. So I did and my place was twice as much! So when I arrived at this place it was approximately 5:45. He told me to wait 10 minutes just to confirm that it was the fuel pump. And it was. My car was ready today at 11:30 am today.
Great customer service. I was very impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone.
FYI I asked if there was a Charlie that worked there he said he no longer worked there (because of the bad reviews I read).

–Rude. I was rear ended by a driver and then subsequently hit the driver in front of me. I have both front and rear damage. When Charlie came out to check the car he asked me what happened. I told him the story and how I was hit. He looked at the front end of the car, cocked his head, looked at me and said, «How did you get hit if there was front end damage ?». He was too busy drinking his coffee to even give it a look over before making a remark. No very professional.
–Sneaky business practice. I had to answer Charlies questions before he even would answer mine. He wanted to know who was paying for it (the car insurance or myself) before he even looked at it. Then mentioned that the insurance would have to come to his place and hand him the quote. This way it ensured he would get the business.
–Poor customer service. I called to see if they would give me a free estimate to fix my car and they said yes. When I arrived Charlie wanted to charge me $ 150 to inspect it.
