Very reasonable prices and only fix what’s wrong, they don’t give you lip service you get from other dealers that want to up sell you because they want to make more money. We were new to the area and looking for a shop to replace the brakes on our Honda CR-​V. Integrity Automotive came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. Tom and his team were wonderful — servicing our car quickly and for a lot less than we’ve paid other places. Plus, they’re just really nice people. Honest, reliable, affordable, and friendly — can’t get any better than that.

I live in the Chino/​Ontario area, I’ve seen the license plate frames around town and thought lets see what they are about.
I’m glad I did, emailed Integrity with some questions about my 2007 Honda Civic and I received a response the same day. All my questions were answered honestly and that made me feel comfortable. Danielle said, if there is something we see or find we will let you know. That kind of customer service is great, not pushy at all.
So my wife took my civic in for some minor repairs and she felt comfortable right away. The pricing is fair and work was done on time, which is what I liked the most. Look forward to returning and having more work done on Honda.

Tom has kept two 90s Hondas going and going well into the 200k mile range. My kids have used them as their first cars and were hard on them, but Tom has kept both cars running smoothly and at a fair price. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else

I recently went there thinking my air conditioner was a goner, but luckily it was only the relay and he said he could fix it for me that day. I thought I’d still have to be there for at least an hour, but he fixed it in about 15 minutes and even changed my wiper blades. The entire thing only cost me about $ 90. I don’t really know if this is the best deal, but I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. I can’t stop talking about how much I love this mechanic!
