Smitty’s Pool Service & Repair

Sean responded quickly, and solved my impending pool issues as requested. I had a lot of plaster stains, cracks, and chips. We decided to do an acid wash and paint/​patch the existing plaster. Great job

I called Smitty’s with a pool pump problem, within 30 seconds He was able to instruct me how to fix the problem. He could of easily come out and charged me $ 50 to $ 100 for a 5 minute job. He didn’t take advantage of his clientele. I will call him when I need his services.

I see why the reviews are so high for Smitty’s! I called them when my whirlpool draining into the swimming pool. Sean told me he was in the area and that he come by and take a look the same day. No other company I spoke with could look at this issue for over a week. Sean came by and found the backflow valve would need to be replaced. He gave me a reasonable quote and date that Smitty’s would be back to dig up the plumbing and get it working again. The problem was taken care of as promised and I’m enjoying the whirlpool again. Thank you Sean. I really appreciate the quick response.

I found Smittys on Unilocal bc after looking everywhere else and at different companies I didn’t find anyone that seemed trust worthy. Sean replied to my messages the same day and also came out the same day to check out my pool, they started and finished the job that same week. My pool looked green and had black algae I asked for an estimate on acid wash and chlorine and their price was perfect! (I had already called other places to compare and although it was around the same I didn’t like that the other companies were telling me that it was just a rough estimate, that once they actually did the chlorine and acid wash they would see what else the pool needed and might be more, I am aware issues like this could happen at times but it made me feel uneasy about it) Sean and his brother Corey came out and actually gave me the estimate written on paper, they also included in that price the chemicals for the water and conditioner. We went ahead and did it and I ended up asking them to fix (replace) 2 of my pool lights and some parts of the pool pump. I was very happy with their price at the end, I have a very big pool and I was anticipating spending more than what I did. I also really liked that they didn’t try over selling me anything I didn’t need, I wanted to paint my pool and Corey actually advise me on the problems it usually creates after a while but he said he could do it anyways if I decided to do it (I researched it and talked to other friends with pools and they agreed with his advise) if he wanted to make extra $ he could have sold me on it but instead he decided to do the right thing and for that I’m very thankful. I would recommend them to my mother if she had a pool lol so if you are looking around go ahead and look no further, you will be very pleased with them, give them a call or send them a message!

This company did a awesome job on my pool deck and relocation of my pool equipment. They were fast, clean, professional, and communicated with us during the whole process. It’s really hard to find a good contractor, buts these are IT.

Still getting great device from Smitty’s. I would recommend them for any repairs or weekly service.

I found this company on Unilocal.They showed up at the house about 20 min after I called and got the pool cleaned right away. I am very impressed with their efficiency.

I found Smitty’s on Craigslist, and contacted them via text. I got a reply very quickly. I needed to have a chlorine generator cell installed, after my pool had been without one for two or three years. Like so many people, we were hit pretty bad during the recession, and when my old chlorine generator cell quit I couldn’t afford to replace it, so I took it out and had a PVC pipe installed where the old cell had been.
Sean (I guess the owner of Smitty’s) came out in a timely fashion, conducted himself in a friendly and professional manner, and did a great job. He even gave me some free advice on how I could do some other things for my pool on my own.
I will definitely call them back out if I need other repairs done in the future. Highly recommended!

Pool pumped failed on us while on vacation. Called Smitty’s and diamond pool, diamond pool blew us off said they were too busy to help. Smitty’s called the next morning came that afternoon. After checking equipment gave me a couple of great options to get pumped replaced at a great price. Smitty’s were even able to work around our busy schedule and came for installation before dawn. Highly recommend.

We were in desperate need of 1-​time service to get us back up and going. They were prompt, efficient and very friendly. It was a great experience and our pool was sparkling!
