Recently had tint applied to a new vehicle. The service was great. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain the various grades of tint.

Got the tint installed 8 months ago and opted for the special warranty deal for an extra $ 30 so if the cops stopped me or the window got broken Tint Works would replace the tint at no charge (caveat is it works one time only). Well someone broke my passenger window and after getting a new one installed I went in for the no cost service. And sure enough they put the tint on the replacement window for free. They even took me in while they were already doing an install and got me out real quick. No complaints with Tint Works. I’d use them again.

I went to this business because I had purchased a Groupon. I called ahead and asked when the last vehicle is taken for the day, I was informed that the cut off time is 4:30pm. After I had spoke with the manager regarding this I had informed him that I would be there that same day. I took time off of work just to make it in time, working all the way in Anaheim I just made it at 4:10pm that same day. When I arrived I spoke with the manager and informed him that I would like to have full tint done on my Sentra. He looked at me as if he were baffled so I had informed him that I had a Groupon that I would like to redeem, he then told me that he couldn’t take my car because he just had someone come in that wanted full tint including the windshield so that would take a much longer time. I explained to him that I had called earlier that day and he told me over the phone that the last car taken would be at 4:30. He kept giving me a look as if he was oblivious to the whole situation unfolding in front of him. I then returned to the business that same week but on Saturday. This time I had arrived at 3:00pm and had spoken to another employee. At first he was nice and I told him that I would like to have my Sentra done with full tint. He then took a look at my car so I assumed that my car would be taken. Before he said anything I let him know that I had a Groupon to redeem, he then said that he was not taking anymore cars for the day because they just got another car that wanted full tint including the windshield. He too seemed to be «oblivious». I was very frustrated and upset, I decided to contact Groupon customer service and just asked for a refund. Bottom line is, if you have a Groupon these guys seem so oblivious and as soon as they are told about your Groupon there whole demeanor changes. DO NOT give these guys business. I do not recommend now will I go back to this facility.

Just took my Honda Civic couple in for its tint job, this is my third vehicle being tinted by this company and wow it looks amazing. Yes the owner may seem a bit rude and could work on his customer service skills but his employees make up for it. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented thanks guys.

We went to this place for car window tinting twice in the past. We got the deal from Groupon for $ 99. But every time we go there for service they tried to find ways to charge for unnecessary work. Good thing we were able to get a full refund from Groupon. Definitely not going back there anymore.

They work at first come first serve and once your vehicle is in the garage they do a quick and efficient job. Leo is very knowledgeable to tint and other services such as alarms or wraps as well.
I personally went in for the 2 front windows to match factory tint and to black out the Chevy emblems on my Silverado.
I was reffered by a good friend and glad he mentioned this place to me.

They did great work and very quickly. Took less than an hour. Actual price was quoted over the phone. Really nice guys.

Very great work done here. Has to be one of the best places I have gone to to get my car windows tinted. I even came back to get to tint on the front windshield for the sun visor. I live about 40 miles away from here, but it’s worth the drive every time. Best work around, clean tint, no cuts to your car.

I went to this place because soft touch carwash referred me and gave me a 35 $ off coupon no where on the coupon does it says WINTER DEAL only so I go ask the guy how much to get my windows tint he said 159.99 so I showed him the coupon and he told me that’s was the winter special now it’s 25 $ off for the fall but clearly on the coupon I have it states 35 $off and doesn’t state any season of the year so he wouldn’t honor so I went somewhere else. My family owns a business and that was a bad business decision customers are looking for the beat deal especially when it comes to there vehicles next time u should try and work a deal out «words of advice «
But business maybe booming so it’s possible it didn’t need my $

The guy at the counter was nice and professional. They removed my old tint with no problem!!! We were warned that it make take a little longer but still did in a hour. No mess left in the car. Also, I called before I went for a quote and when I got there they gave me the same price. I have called many places and they would quote me a price and when I would get there the price would change! Stay away!!! I called for a quote and was told 140 and that I could come in right away and the car would only take about 1.5 hours to finish, I have a 2 door 2012 honda accord, so I went in and no one greeted me I stood around for a while waiting, I told them I had called and was told to come in, I only lived 8 minutes away but I guess in those 8 minutes somehow 6 cars came in and they were busy, so I told them I would leave the car, when it came to paying they were telling me 200 I told the guy I was told 140 and he went around asking who had quoted that and came back to say that price is for the cheapest film they have that if I wanted heat protection it would be 200 so I agreed, 6 hours later still no call about my car, I waited another 1.5 hours and called my self and they said it was done, I went to pick it up and big surprise my car was still being worked on they had only done two windows! Long story short I waited saw the work looked ok saw bubbles and the back window had a lot of them on too right corner like a big patch looked awful they said it would go away in a week. A month later I came back because of the back window and they refused to redo the bad work and I complained about the fact that the heat resistant film sucked and it felt like it was as hot in my car as before I had it tinted, they refused to do anything about it so basically I paid 200 bucks for their crappy cheap 140 film that looks terrible on my windows!

Took my car at this location to get my tints done since I bought the $ 100 Groupon. When I get there this gangster looking guy that does not look professional at all greeds with a «was up bro»!!! Ask I start to talk to the guy he tells me that two tint the two windows in the front it would be an additional $ 30.00. I told him that no where in the groupon does it say that they charge extra for the two front doors. The guy argued with me that they only tint whats legal in California which is the two back windows and the back window. I was furious so I had to walk to the Arco around the corner to withdraw money to pay these people. The tints came out good and my car looks good but the extra charge pissed me off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. This place is not friendly nor does it have good customer service. Bad experience!!! This place sucks!!!

Got a good tint job at this shop at reasonable price. I have no complaints it was actually a quick and clean job.

This shop is worst of the worst! They promised to come and do the work and end up never show up! When I called, the owner of the shop told me the guy who is suppose to do the job just got layoff this morning and since their shop is busy, they won’t come out to do my window tinting! I understand the situation but they need to call their customers if they can’t do it! Not a trustworthy shop !! Don’t go here!

One star due to rude cusomer service and the mess they left in my car. I recently got my Mustang tinted here. I got a coupon in the mail for $ 35 off ANY tint job, but when I got there the kid at the front had to ask if I could use it on the more expensive tint. The man working on the cars (manager maybe) said it was only good on the $ 99 tint job. I had to actually argue with him that THEIR coupon said ANY tint job (and no small print that said otherwise). He begrudgingly said, «alright fine give it to her.» The kid was nice, but management is not! I also had them remove the old tint. They left a MESS! Tint pieces all over the inside and glittery residue all over my doors that I couldn’t get off. The tint looked fine, but so would someone elses work. Just bought a new car and that one is going elsewhere!

Customer service SUCKS!
The guy was completely rude to me. I, too, had purchased a groupon for «window tint for a 4-​door car» but when I called to make an appointment, the guy was telling me there would be additional costs to get the front 2 windows tinted even though I only have a small standard size car with «4 DOORS» as it specifically states on the ad. When I expressed how misleading the ad was, the guy got angry and frustrated with me and actually hung up the phone. Rude.

Rip off, their tint bubbles up.
They claim lifetime guarantee, not true its their lifetime not your vehicle. No customer service. I have other cars that lasted over 10 yrs. Go some place else.

This place is located in a nice business area. They have a small front office and have the tint options laid out in plain view for you to choose what you want.
the reason i went to this place is because i purchased a Groupon offer at groupon .com i paid 100 $, but when i got there i was told it was only to get 3 windows tinted for my 4-​door car. They said if i wanted to get the 2-​front windows done it will cost 30 $ extra (40 $ originally).
I bought that so my total is now 130 $
Also, they have a list of vehicles that they advise you to get a ‘Felt strip” inside your door panels so the tint doesnt scratch (i have a 07 Honda Accord and i was advised to get it.) keep in mind it will be 25 $ a door!
I only got it for my driver window since i will be rolling that windown down often.
Now my total was 155 $. I didnt expect to be paying more than my orignal 100 $ but it is My car and i dont want it to mess up. So i spent the extra money.
So I got «dark» tint on the back windows and «medium» for the front 2 windows.
I really dont like when your able to see inside the car so i almost got the «limo tint».
once it was finished, the dark tint in the back, your still able to see a little inside the car but when i saw the car i really didnt mind. It came out really nice. So if u dont like it when you can still see inside the car get limo for the back.
the dark tint really blended with the medium tint it looks real nice.
overall, the tint job came out good. no peeling, no bubbles, no scratches. Lifetime warranty. keep the reciept.
lastly, theyre computer didnt work so be ready to pay cash. dont expect nice service just go in get what you want and get out.
